A excellent pre-Christmas meal. The food combined flavours and textures brilliantly and was presented intricately. Staff were friendly and helpful. The paired wine to go with the set menu was a great match.

Great lunch today. So nice to receive a warm welcome and greeted like old friends and such wonderful food as well. And we got our favourite alcove table.

I won’t write much but we were disappointed on my wife’s birthday. Service lacked attentiveness and was inconsistent. Food was fine, good in places though often lacking the ‘fine’ touch you would hope for at such prices / when the scale is designer. Drinks were average with miserly service

Lunch with family; my daughter said it was the best lunch she has ever had. Beautifully created food including rib eye beef, cod and seaweed. 3 courses was great value. Lovely cheese selection and range of fine chocolate with coffee. Extensive wine list.

Everything was excellent. The food was inspired & skillful, the service was expert, the surroundings beautiful. We always enjoy our visits to Roux at the Landau.

Came here for my 50th. The taste of all our food was exceptional - no complaints. However, all starters with the exception of the Fois Gras were very small. One scallop for £24??? Mains were fine but the deserts again were very small! The music was also way too loud.

My wife and myself visited the restaurant for a 70th birthday celebration and thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening from our drinks in the cocktail bar to start with and then our wonderful meal in the restaurant. All the staff were very attentive and helpful, the meal was delicious and it was certainly a night to remember. Thanks to all concerned.

I went to Roux at the Landau for my birthday. It was a wonderful experience. The service was second to none and the food was delicious. As they knew l was celebrating my birthday they made my evening extra special by giving me a couple of treats. They are officially my favourite restaurant now. 😊 I look forward to going there again.

Celebrated my 40th bday and it was perfect. The staff thought of everything. Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious but we left after 2 courses because we could not talk to each other over the excessive noise of the other customers speaking so loudly. This was such a disappointment as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Very sad.
As we thought this was a highly rated restaurant we did not expect the noise level to be so high.

Great food, perfect fine wine pairing. We had the tasting menu and was a tad bit surprised that the ox tail was served before the cod. The tasting experience would have flown a bit better should it be the other way round. We particularly adored the sea bream first course which brought all the flavours and textures together nicely. We also loved how we finished the meal with the apple crumble soufflé served with salted caramel ice cream - pleasantly surprised that it’s light and scrumptious. Instead of the usual petit fours we had different pieces of chocolate as the finale. Overall a wonderful experience and I would certainly go back again for another occasion! X

Fantastic dinner and lovely staff !

If you would like calm and welcoming staff, excellent service and great food, this is the place for you! We have visited on a number of occasions over the past 10 years and love its quality. The glazed ox cheek was simply delicious and the Cornish cod superb. With the October focus on wines from North America, guided by the sommelier, we chose a Chardonnay from British Columbia.......what a fabulous surprise!

By far not as good as when we last visited. Food choose poor, plus cold
