    My Bestie visited from Georgia, and I think sharing brunch at the Rusty Scupper is one of the highlights of her trips when she visits. The food is great, the staff is pleasant and accommodating, and if you can get a great view of the Water from your table the experience is elevated.

    I had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and service was amazing. Came for our anniversary and was given two complimentary glasses of wine. This restaurant has a nice view of the water and harbor.

    First time to eat here. Excellent food. I had the scallops special and I want it again!! Joseph our server did an excellent job!! Only negative was a birthday party who was obnoxious!! They ruined the ambiance for everyone else. Very selfish.

    Have had Sunday Brunch in the past during normal brunch seatings. Food was much fresher and tastier at earlier times. Would not recommend a late seating time on an all-day long brunch menu day.

    Father’s Day celebration. I love Rusty Scupper. I enjoy the food and the view. I have been dining at Rusty Scupper for a decade or more. The service is exemplary. The only down side this time was my 86 year old aunt with a cane was seated at the very top of the venue. It was too many steps and we had to stop several times on our ascent. Maybe a word to staff that when seeing a person with a disability, stop and consider the seating. All in all we had a great time.

    Food was exceptional, server was as well, small misstep when appetizer and meal were served simultaneously but the quality of food and service made it much easier to overlook. The Scupper was one of the highlights of our visit to the Inner Harbor.

    Food portions were good, flavorful too. Excellent service. Manager went above & beyond to take care of a steak that was over-cooked. View & ambiance was great. And their bread!!! Highly recommend dining here whether visiting & for special occasions.

    Celebrated 40th anniversary. Impressed that occasion was well identified by staff throughout our dinner. Food was very good but pricey. Crabcake portion was a little skimpy as an add on to steak dinner but cost was the same as an entree. The service received by DJ was outstanding, made up for my concerns. Reservation was seated immediately with drink/ dinner ordered within 5-10 minutes which impressed me for a Sunday evening with a visually full occupancy. Overall, we enjoyed dinner and the ambience provided. I would definitely return to try other menu items.

    Atmosphere was great, but the service and the price of the meals were below par. Server was as not attentive and paid more attention to the table besides us that were spending money on multiple courses and drinks, and for the price of a fried platter consisting of fish, oysters, shrimp and fries go elsewhere not worth the cost and can get the meal elsewhere for way less.

    Very nice location in the inner harbor over looing the water. Great selection of seafood and non seafood items. The omelets and the meat carving station are a must and if you still have room the peanut butter bars on the dessert table will send you into a food coma! Come see for yourself!

    For the $$$ cost, would have expected better/amazing food. Our server was very nice but service was slow, she was assigned a lot of tables. We are not planning to head back.

    Seafood and service were top notch. I hadn't been here in 25 years, and they are still at the top of their game. Highly recommend crab cakes, lobster tail and sea bass!
