   Went on June 22, 2022 to celebrate wife's birthday. Server was Lashlee & the manger was Ryan. Service, food & drinks were all excellent. My wife has dietary restriction but they (Lashlee & Ryan) they really went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. The people at this location have always been great to us.

   Having a reservation in the restaurant, they made us sit at the bar, where they were understaffed and service was extremely slow, that area is too dark to dine. We saw more than half of the tables unoccupied so cannot figure out their strategies. It was a harsh reminder of why we now prefer the one at la Cantera, sadly they had no tables available yesterday.

   We made our reservation and noted it was a birthday celebration. They gave us birthday confetti but it was not acknowledged beyond that. No happy birthday from our server or birthday dessert. We bought our dessert because we were going to enjoy it either way but this is why we come to Ruth’s Chris for that experience. Also, my ribeye was as lean as a sirloin. Not well marbled or enjoyable at all.

   Food was good. Service was extremely slow. Our primary server was having a rough afternoon, but the other staff there seemed friendly and attentive. We have had better food at a lower price point. But everything tasted just fine. The bread pudding was the highlight of the meal! This was our first time dining at a Ruth’s Chris, and will likely be our last.

   Everything was amazing and service provided by staff was great. Steak was perfectly cooked and lobster bisque was the best ever tasted. Birthday confetti on table was a personalized touch. The only thing we noticed was the calamari was a little chewy but sauce was very yummy along with everything else.

    Food was amazing, especially the Oysters Rockefeller. They were east coast oysters and we were a bit "iffy", but our server, Bella, recommended them and they were outstanding. Bella was very attentive and knowledgeable. Great dining experience!

    Service was subpar. Immediately ordered once we sat down and waited nearly an hour for our food. Meanwhile tables seated after us received their food first. Food came out nearly cold and the broccoli wasn’t even cooked. We eat at Ruth Chris often and at various locations. Will definitely NOT be back to this location.

    My wife and I just returned from Chicago where we had steak at four different restaurants. It wasn’t until we ate dinner at RC back home in San Antonio that we were satisfied with the flavor and temperature of our ribeye steak. Amy provided the best service and made our celebration very special. Thank you and see you again soon!

    Excellent, as always. Celebrating a birthday dinner with hubby and it was perfect. Sat at the empty bar with perfect martinis and appetizers. Dinner came and everything was delicious. New York strip cooked perfect and served hot. Ruth’s Chris stays consistent and always delivers.

    Amy, our server was quite attentive. Our dining experience was amazing. We had the Tomahawk Ribeye, which we had never had before. It was outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary there and will definitely come back.

    I was so looking forward to this meal with friends and was very disappointed with food preparation I'll start with my steak NY strip ordered medium about ⅓ was well done and rest was near med-well next filet was ordered medium but was medium-rare than the large porterhouse was ordered rare but was near medium. You are a steak house and are priced as a prime one so should be a expert at cooking steak the other part of my meal i was looking forward to was the scallop potatoes which i had to send back because it wasn't hot n when it returned was only warm not hot ): the drinks from the bar and wine were very good also the desserts. it was still early in the evening the restaurant was not crowded. Our main server was very good. I will not return

    Simply GREAT...Never a disappointment. Cut with a fork melt in your mouth filet brought to the table on the one-of-a-kind sizzling hot platter. Sides are well portioned and a just right addition to any of the menu selections. Lobster Bisque was delicious and the Caesar Salad one of the best. A most memorable evening!

    We had great service. My filet was undercooked, however the plate is apparently 500 degrees, so I was able to cut into my steak and expose the heat of the said plate cook it more.. I debated sending it back, having my boyfriend pause his eating waiting on my steak to return.. So, I was content on the discovered remedy. Espresso martini was great, and for all the bread and butter lovers out there, theirs does not disappoint! Atmosphere was sweet, as there were early Mother’s Day and Birthday celebrations.

    Amy was our server and we couldn’t have had better service. The food was incomparable and a perfect compliment for my father who was celebrating his 100th birthday. I know he’ll talk about it to whom ever will listen. My only complaint was that our dining area was very noisy as we were seated between two large parties. Thank you for giving my dad an experience he’ll remember forever.

    Best steak ever! My favorite is the Filet but the Rib-eye is great too. The Mashed potatoes are so creamy and the brussel sprouts are delicious! Mark, our server, always does an amazing job and is fun to talk to. Highly recommend it all!

    We had a 745 reservation. Arrived at 7:30 and were told they had our reservation but were very busy and asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. As this was our first dining experience there and our anniversary, we hesitated and then were offered a small booth in the bar. It was fine, noisy, by the restroom, and not quite the dining experience we'd hoped for, it was fine. The service was fantastic and food was quite delicious. I had an espressotini and I must say, it was made very well. I was quite shocked, however, to hear a few people in the bar area talking about how much in tips they had gotten. One was quite boastful. Our servers, however, were excellent and were not part of the discussion.

    The service by Amy was excellent and the food came out quickly so was able to enjoy it right after the appetizer both the steak T-bone and lamb were cooked as ordered and the flavor was spot on. Everything was just as it should be.

    We had a delicious and relaxing Easter lunch here. This is my favorite local Ruth's Chris and there is at least one much closer to my home. The steaks are always done just right, the salads were perfect and the dessert just the right size for a prix fixe menu. My only complaint would be that the two choices of side dishes were both very high calorie--creamed spinach or mashed potatoes. It would have been nice to have one that was a little less caloric but overall I would definitely return.

    I have eaten here several times and will continue to do so, but Sunday's lunch was not up to par with my what I experience on a weekend night. We had a bone in filet and the ribeye. The fillet was not as tender as usual. It was good but not great. Usually we get great. The fried butterfly shrimp was not as crisp as usual. The bread pudding was cold in the center. The service was very good. Overall, the staff is friendly and welcoming. We have eaten lunch here 2 other times with the same kind of results. Weekend evenings are the best time to dine here.
