We had a great time for our anniversary dinner last night. Simple yet trendy place, the food was tasty, original and healthy as well. The service was friendly yet everyone is very much aware of the whole menu that changes every day. Will return, definitely worth it

This was one of the best experiences that we have had in a very long time. My wife and I have multiple Michelin stars under our belts and The Collab is on par with most Michelin starred restaurants. Our favorite place to get a steak in Miami is Beauty and the Butcher, everyone rated The Collab’s ribeye better than B&TB. When our server, Jose, recommended the chicken appetizer everyone at the table considered that an odd recommendation. Once we tried it, we immediately ordered another order. I could write a full page describing the food and drinks, it was that amazing! Jose’s service exceeded every standard I’ve seen in Miami, but more importantly, every server, manager, and runner in the restaurant treated our table like we were their most important table in the restaurant. We highly recommend The Collab and can’t wait to get back!

Absolutely phenomenal meal!!! Noise level was high due to highway construction, but the food, lovely server, and view more than made up for that. Will definitely dine here again on future trip to Miami!
