Das Funky Fisch ist ein neu interpretiertes Fisch-Restaurant.
Anders als das klassische Konzept, das mit Gemütlichkeit wirbt, war uns hier wichtig das Architektonische der Räumlichkeiten zu betonen, die Quintessenz des Fisches und die Leichtigkeit des Seins.
Die Neonbeleuchtung ist eine Installation in Anlehnung an Mondrian, welches das Deckenraster aus Beton aufbricht.
Die Fischvitrine im Zentrum des Restaurants setzt sich mit seiner täglich frischen Auslage an Austern, Meeresfrüchten und Fischen perfekt in Szene.

The food was simply amazing. The appetizers were fantastic—the octopus carpaccio and the salmon poke were absolutely fantastic. Steve’s recommendation to order the halibut was spot-on. The desserts were also a dream. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful evening with fantastic cuisine. And when we asked, Steve even gave us a tip for a great cocktail bar. :-) Just great service

The food (3-course Seasonal Menu) was very good and very tasty. Value for money was also very good. Our service was very nice and attentive... and I know she was new. She will be outstanding when she's been there a bit longer.

The service was provided by a mix of employees, each of whom had their own strengths, and together they delivered quite the experience. The sake pours were generous and the cocktails and aperitifs were just interesting enough without edging into the territory of overdone. The mains here are the standouts. Both the steak and the chicken were cooked masterful and paired with ideal sauces. Would return if we are in Berlin again.

A wonderful dining experience at Lovis last evening. We shared three of the entrees, Mushroom Wellington, Roasted Guinea Fowl and the aged Entrecôte ~ all flavours were exquisite and well presented. We enjoyed 4 different wine pairings with the assistance of our lovely server who was extremely helpful and professional…all made for a lovely relaxed evening and finale to our stay in Berlin .
