Our Chefs have created a refined menu utilising only the freshest locally sourced and seasonal produce from a small selection of trusted local suppliers. Dishes are not over complicated but allow the ingredients to speak for themselves.

Prior to dining in Ten Tables, you can enjoy a selection of Fine Wines, Cocktails, Spirits and Soft offerings under the warm glow above in our Filament Bar or in our beautiful private gardens overlooking the Koi Pond in the Summer months.

Absolutely delicious! Hubby and I went for lunch and had the taco board for 2 and specialty drinks. There are 4 fillings plus guacamole, salsa, soured cream and fresh tortillas to create your own tacos at the table. My favorite was the shredded beef brisket. Just spicy enough without being overpowering. We are American Ex-Pats missing our authentic Mexican restaurants, and Gordos was exactly what we were craving. Wishing the salsa was chunky, but this was delicious, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The chef was working on chimichangas as we left, and they looked amazing, too. We will definitely go back!

we love this please. one of our faves. only negative was it is a little noisy inside, so a little hard for me to hear, however that is partly beacuse the place is so good its always full, and im going a bit deaf ! Great place.

First time visitors to Blue Sardinia and we will absolutely be back. The food was absolutely beautiful and lovely wine also. The restaurant was quiet as it had just opened for the day, however the service was just so lovely and personal and really made to feel so welcome. We were not rushed at all and seeing how the owner interacted with another customer who was clearly a regular visitor was just so lovely. I’m just sorry we haven’t been sooner but we will be back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to the William Bray, the staff were charming, helpful and courteous, the ambience was superb and the food was very good without being Earth shattering.

Just love The Percy. Love the food. Love the location & even though it’s a distance away from us (45mins), it’s well worth the journey. Inside is very nice but outside does it for me. ……except for the wasps that is. My wife and I generally go with friends BUT i also go with a bunch of my ex work colleagues who also love The Percy. As one of them is a steak fiend but fussy, it fits his palette and I’m glad to say , he doesn’t complain like he seems to do elsewhere. Now, a big shout out to The Percy team. I’ve got to know main man Sean and love the chat but frankly every member of the team we’ve spoken to has been friendly, informative and fun. Can’t beat a bit of fun can you. While i know The Percy is renowned for its steaks and for very good reason, I’m a bit of a trialalist so will often seek out something a bit different. Glad to say The Percy wont let you down if you do. I’m a huge fan of fish and their Trout starter is a joy. if you fancy a Pork chop. The Percy has you covered. Anyhow just pop over and give it a try folks even if it’s just for a drink but I guarantee you if you do you’ll be there again to eat …….I’ve already booked again. We booked birthday afternoon tea at The Ivy Castle View in Guildford - perfect! Lovely helpful attentive service, delicious afternoon tea with warm scones and a lovely selection of sandwiches and sweet treats! The doggy bag was much appreciated too as we couldn’t eat everything! Offers of tea top ups and more jam and cream for our scones were offered too, which was a nice touch. A lovely experience.

All went well, gave us a very spacious table, the service was spot on. Accidentally added a rice bowl on the table that we haven’t ordered and they didn’t charge us for it. A birthday desert for my wife for the occasion. We would have never asked more!
