We absolutely love Indigo! The food is spectacular, full of incredible flavors, and consistently delicious. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into every dish. The owner is such a wonderful, kind, and welcoming person who makes every visit feel special. It’s always a pleasure to dine here! Indigo is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Fort Collins. If you love authentic, flavorful Indian food and warm hospitality, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended! ❤️

Amazing first time visit. Our server, Dill, made us feel welcome and at home. She answered questions and offered recommendations. We ate our way through the appetizer menu, and Dill let us add the Lemon-Pepper chips to the hummus plater. Short-rib croquettes and the cheese curds were also wonderful. We will certainly go back, hopefully for lunch, when they have the tandoori turkey melt.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. It was our first time to the restaurant & that minute we got seated, a staff came to our table & explained how everything works. They served us a plate with polenta & plantain banana & some type of bread & explained what they are. The salad buffet was excellent with a lot of different choices. The selection of meat was great and everything was delicious. We plan on going back as the price is reasonable for the amount of food you can eat.

We had reservations on rooftop patio for Halloween and the staff was very accommodating with our seating and bringing heater nearby. And Jill/our server was very professional and provident. Enjoyed the cocktails, food was delish, and overall ambience was great…I’ll come back!

Treated special guests to dinner at Austin’s. Everyone enjoyed the cuisine and had a wonderful evening. The 5 pf is requested and sat by the corner booth / window. Relaxing! Our waiter Sherwood was great!
