In a casual yet elegant atmosphere, set in a recently remodelled century old historic train station, Claire's passion is great food and outstanding service. Offering contemporary American cuisine - local, seasonally focused - with a Southern flaire. The renovation honors the historic character of the Warrenton Train Depot, resulting in a warm, comfortable environment for casual meetings with friends, or special occasions and intimate family meals. The warm, elegant Garden Room provides seating for intimate meals, while the Tavern Room features a more casual dining experience in luxurious surroundings. A rotating selection of craft beers is available on tap, and the wine service is regularly expanded. Outdoor dining is available in season, and private events can be hosted in one of several areas in the restaurant. Awarded "Best of Warrenton" every year since 2006.

First time at Monocacy Crossing, we were impressed with the menu and wanted to try out everything. Picked the crispy red onion straws, crispy artichokes and garlic butter pretzel knots which were all delicious and serving size was good for 2 adults and a pre-teen. Adults enjoyed a red sangria which was delightful and a beer which was served in a tall glass. There is no printed kids menu but they do have kids items like chicken strips and pasta with butter sauce, my son picked the latter and really enjoyed it. We shared the grilled bacon wrapped filet mignon, medium rare, which came out perfectly crispy on the outside and warm tender red center which is just how we like it. Service and attention were great, did not have to wait much for either drinks or food, and the waitress checked on us often to make sure everything came out to our liking. Although the place is well known, it is still a hidden gem and is now on our list of favorite restaurants in Frederick.

I enjoyed my meal at Rosemary Bistro. Took a little bit of time to place our order, but kind of in a nice relaxed way. Food was solid, tasty but not out of this world. Value was so-so; each menu item seemed a bit expensive (for example all sandwiches were in the mid20s, and only came with a small side salad) and there's an additional 5% surcharge to help cover additional costs. Would definitely go back, but not a place I'm dying to return to.
