Absolutely beautiful ambience and the service was lovely- very prompt
Ausgezeichnetes Sushi, toller Service und nettes Ambiente
Einzig die Dame bei der Garderobe würde etwas mehr Freundlichkeit vertragen!
Kommen gerne wieder
I love this place and I go every year. It is my favourite restaurant and the service is so exceptional I feel like they truly want you to have the best time. They want to look after you, and that makes such a difference. The food is outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
Phenomenal food, pricey and good but not outstanding service
Food good if not cheap compared to Chishou and others . Tables v close together so had three loud swearing cityboys first replaced by a couple obviously needing a divorce lawyer . However all our servers were really lovely .
Sono andata con il mio fidanzato il giorno dopo San Valentino e abbiamo prenotato per il menù di 5 portate. Tutte molto buone. Atmosfera decisamente rilassante e personale gentilissimo.
Consigliato.
So this was a special Pre-Valentines/birthday dinner, which was executed by Sake No Hana very well, I had asked that dessert would be presented with a candle and Happy Birthday to be written with my other half's name, which they did. Truly a lovely dinner, food and ambience was 10 out of 10. We had gone for the set £35, 5 course with prosecco Which was perfect, do order a couple of sides with your main meal though. Only one dislike was the service was abit manic, Only your waiter can wait on you, and he had a few tables. I had asked for a fork but others could not help. Which i found slightly strange. But would still come back again and recommend to all.
Amazing as always! Heavenly food and kind service. Of course we will be back
Such fantastic service and really made a birthday meal special. Can’t wait to go back!
Wonderful birthday meal; we enjoyed the set menu and the ambiance. Service was exemplary. Would love to come back to sample other parts of the menu.
The food was average. Not tasty. Nothing special at all. Unreasonable expensive. Presentation is poor. The place has no unique ambience and no warm and pleasant atmosphere. It is loud. Just a trendy place with good marketing for people who are following tendency. Bad expierence. Never again.
Thank you for making it so enjoyable for my guests. The service was excellent, you made my vegetarian guest feel so welcome and explaining the menu to him with patience and thoroughness. As per usual the food was sublime.
Great place, food was excellent and service very good. Went for the set menu which was described as a 'fantastic choice'. Have to agree.
I think the food is not real Japanese food but they were quite nice. They are fusion with Japanese and British.
The wine is nice as well. The price is little bit expensive.
Overall extremely disappointing experience. Servers suggesting £200+ bottles of wine. The first plate of 7 course tasting menu took 30 minutes to arrive but then we were kicked off table at exactly the2hr mark even though we had not finished our wine (and were not accommodated at the bar so just had to leave). Worst of all, the food was absolutely tasteless. 100 pounds per head down the drain.
Dramatic entrance into restaurant. We had the set lunch which was excellent and great value. Would recommend. We ordered a couple of extras but probably wasn’t needed (although yummy). Service could have been improved. Had to ask numerous times for the prosecco to arrive so a bit more attention on service.
Most of the dishes were very good but it was way to expensive for the value
The server was very helpful, excellent experience every time
Saturday Brunch - Fantastic service, amazing food and great value! Perfect for catching up with friends
The food is top as always, service attentive and well knowledgeable.
I love it!!!
This restaurant become my favorite spot in London.
The current deal is great value - wonderful food
Service was fantastic, food was to die for - we had a lovely evening for a birthday meal. The waiters sang happy birthday to my husband and brought a candle with desert :)
Unless you are a high roller, it is a treat place as it is quite pricey but worth it.
First things first: the restaurant is stunningly beautiful with an intricate design using wooden panels for the ceiling and partitions.
Feeling a little lazy we tried the Kaiseki set menu: the Wagyu beef was delicious, and the sashimis were also great. Unfortunately we found the other dishes slightly let us down as they lacked in savour, balance or were not that interesting. If I was going back I would probably handpick dishes rather than go for a tasting menu.
Despite a crowded team and attentive waiters, service was slow and had us wait more than 20-30 mn between the first and second dishes... annoying when you are reminded that you have to let go your table at a set time when you arrive.
All in all not a bad experience, and an amazing setting, but if you are a foodie there are definitely some better options in London for these prices.
Great service - particularly from the sommelier. The Sat 7 course menu is great - I would just have liked a bit more sashimi with this
Absolutely Fantastic Experience!!!!
I loved everything!!
Delicious food! Highly recommended!
Service was amazing! The seabass was unreal!
Amazing service and best Japanese food we have ever eaten. Expensive but worth every penny and couldn’t fault the incredible service. Made my boyfriends 30th meal a very special and memorable one
Top quality food, and I'd even say good value, considering the standard. We couldn't decide which dish was the best one. If I had to choose, maybe the Black Cod rice shaded it for me.
Location is great and the restaurant atmosphere is nice overall. The food was good, I could say pleasing to the taste but not exceptional, it certainly did not meet the higher expectations. Compared to upper class japanese cuisine experience there was quite a lot left to be desired.
To be fair for the size of portions on offer this is indeed on the overpriced scale. A £45+ meal tag was not sufficient to satisfy an average person's lunch appetite and the fact they had no set courses for lunch was a little disappointing.
As a group of four, two of our guests went for the Bento option and the other two went with sashimi, soft shell crab and other hot pot options. My experience was nothing impressive. The sashimi and dressing was tasty and fresh wasabi certainly nice, although the portion is quite small. I have had a lot tastier sashimi at lower price range restaurants. The soft shell crab tempura was tender and good for a bite or two but after the second piece it felt quite greasy.
On the overall this is not an outstanding experience or what I would expect from such a place and reviews. There is lack of effort on presentation and would expect some entertaining smaller dishes for the guests.
The service was good, it would have been nice to have some japanese speakers too.
Drinks menu has a good range, excluding beer. I would not recommend for lunch, perhaps dinner might be a better experience.
Worth experiencing!!
Just lovely
A friend and I got a deal here for January which was amazing value and really good food - Really nice prosecco too. No need to buy a load of extras, and a nice, quirky meal! Only downsides are that the tables are quite closely packed in next to each other, and the waiting staff walk round with empty trays very keen to pounce on you and remove food - we had to tell them no, we aren't finished, at least twice! But you cant knock the attentiveness!!
The food was really amazing especially the salmon and avocado rolls. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be going back, and recommend!
We came here for our Date night.
Upon arrival we were really impressed with the decor and service.
we ordered the tasting menu and cocktails.
The food was exquisite but length of time between the courses was quite a long time.
We waited 1 hr 45 minutes from our final savoury course till our pudding, which when we asked how long they said they never put the order in to the kitchen.
This was obviously quite disappointing as until we had this wait the meal was 10/10.
Having to wait so long left us feeling annoyed and wanting to leave
The foods incredible but the wait was not.
Fantastic food, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long long time.
First visit. Great value deal for lovely food very well presented. Sushi very good. Non-alcoholic cocktail great. Even the small chocolate dessert was perfect!
The Sushi Saturday lunch option is very good value, and we had a fantastic experience all round.
Fantastic food and very attentive staff.
