Salvi's Cucina

I like the atmosphere that all the staff create even before you order from the waiters to the manager, to the chefs, absolutely wonderful; the food is so good, it is a thru Italian cuisine: simple and full of flavor; I simply LOVE go there, any excuse is good to go there with friends or family. I'm Italian and I cannot find any other Italian restaurant equally good to represent the Italian cuisine.

I went for a nice romantic meal with my girlfriend and we couldn't of been happier. The restaurant was perfect not over crowded and the food was delicious and prompt. The service was excellent.

I went here for my birthday and they made sure that they really took care of me and my friends. The food was delicious as usual and the staff is just generally extremely nice !

We love it at Salvi's and have visited many times over the years. The food and service are always excellent. I always recommend it to friends. Happy to support Salvi's, especially during these trying times.

Our visit was in honour of mine and my dad's shared birthday, and it was just lovely to have some quality family time in a warm and welcoming environment.

Great food, the menu had quality choices. Dessert options were slightly limited and some unavailable, which does happen. The pasta dish I ordered was amazing!

Excellent, as usual! Nice cosy atmosphere, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

There are so many restaurants to choose from in central Manchester that you could easily miss Salvi's. A simple interior with wooden chairs and tables, it disguises the fact that the food was outstanding and the service was excellent. There were five in our group and the sharing platter for two for starters was enormous and we all tucked in. It includes cheeses, meats, olives, bread and other little delicacies. I chose the pasta with Salvi's ragu for main course and I couldn't finish it. They did offer for me to take the rest away in a bag but I didn't think my hotel would approve, which is a real shame. Definitely worth a try.

Undoubtedly the best italian restaurant in Manchester. Authentic traditional italian food at its finest. Everything was perfect and right on time. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend. Keep going back.

Food was absolutely amazing. Never tasted better pasta in my entire life! Staff was lovely too. Everyone followed Covid regulations.

Food was fantastic, the best and closest I have gotten to reminding me of being in Umbria and Tuscany in the summers.

The food was lovely, a short but comprehensive menu, everything beautifully cooked and presented, lavish portions (tip: if you order the Caprese salad, share it between two!). The nicest pizza I've had in years.

Food great, restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Rustic feel

This restaursnt was a great find . There were clear social distancing practices in place, the staff were welcoming and attentive without being annoying. The menu had a wide choice of tempting dishes, what we ordered was home made and delicious. The portions were generous and not expensive .
The wine list had a good selection of reasonably priced wines .
Overall an excellent place to go for good food, good service and great ambience.
