With high quality ingredients and laid back casual style, San Lorenzo's is now the hottest restaurant for locals and those visiting Dublin for quality Italian food with a NYC twist. And course our famous brunch, the #brunchofchampions , hailed as the best brunch in Dublin! We believe in seasonal, locally sourced Irish produce where possible. Our pork is single farm Co.Wicklow, our beef is Leinster, Hereford or Angus cross breed, our lamb is Co. Kildare Curragh grass fed, our chickens are barnyard humanly reared and our fish and seafood is sustainable and mostly from our Irish Coastal waters. We make all our own pastas, breads and all our desserts and ice creams. Virtually everything is made in house. We delight in preparing the best Ireland has to offer. #ModernItalianNYCstyle #Brunchofchampions
Great food and service! The ‘popeye’ bagel was amazing. We were then asked if we could move seats to accommodate a large party after our bagels which wasn’t any hassle so we did. The manager was very kind and gave us coffees and deserts on the house which was a nice touch...glad he did because the Nutella cheesecake was out of this world! The Staff were very friendly, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon 😁
Really nice vibe but a little too packed and rushed. felt a little like fast food!
Good food, nothing remarkable. Fine experience but nothing special.
Little bit pricey for brunch but oh my days was it worth every cent. Felt like it was Christmas for our stomachs, staff were lovely and the food was exceptional! If you go, you will enjoy every second. We will definitely be back!
Thanks for a great dining experience! The atmosphere and food are fantastic!
Always a wonderful experience. One of my favorite places 💓
the food was great although I chocked on the main meal. Great place but maybe a little expensive.
Excellent venue, food,value and service
The restaurant had been recommended to us by a taxi driver, so we thought we'd give it a go. When we arrived we were greeted and asked to wait, once seated our order was taken. We had to wait over 30 mins for our starters which were lovely, and then at least another 30 minutes for our main to arrive. Once it arrived it was clear it had been sat, as it was only just warm. We told the waitress, who said she'd let the chef know. We'd assumed there would be a discount on the bill, however there wasn't. We paid the bill, which was over 100 euros more than the previous night, and left.
Upon getting up the next morning, we discovered our friend had spent from 12.30am to 5.00am being poorly, which was clearly due to the food.
Overall not impressed, and not the end we wanted to a weekend away.
Fantastic staff, really accommodating and friendly. Love experience, would highly recommend. Gavin was particularly helpful.
Really like your restaurant .service good , staff friendly and welcoming but not over bearing . The only thing I would suggest is a cheaper wine option especially at early bird times eg a carafe of red or white for max 20 euros . Mick
I ordered tacos which were very tasty and good portion. My girlfriend ordered breakfast of champions and had to ask for toast. I feel a fry should automatically come with toast. Then she shared with me and I sampled the rashers which were not very good. They were too fatty and not much meat. Also the black pudding was too dry.
Nice place, plenty of buzz, the food was very good. Enjoyed the night and would do it again.
Yes I'd recommend the food - but the service needs to sharpen up. We asked for roast potatoes : they were forgotten & arrived when our meal was finished.
MAybe the staff were under pressure but this needs to be taken into consideration when arranging staffing for on a busy Saturday night.
Delicious as always. Brunch tacos to die for!
Great food. Starters took quite a while to arrive but everything we got was delicious. Very good service (waiters were very friendly) and the lighting is perfect. Not too bright or white. Great place for dinner
Big portions and varied menu. Slightly cramped in terms of space but had a good buzz. Would definitely book ahead.
Great food, good service, felt a bit cramped as in it felt like there was less than half a foot between us and the next table (we were in their conversation)
Very happy with the experience overall... however turnaround time was very tight. Was advised at 11.30 that the table was needed for 11.45 sitting... my reservation was 10.30. One hour was tight for a brunch get together.
Enjoyed our brunch at this restaurant!
Went for a Birthday brunch. the staff were super attentive and food was excellent
Really accommodating staff as we arrived with an extra group member. Food was delicious and wine was at the perfect temperature! Highly recommend for dinner!
Delicious food, the portions were the perfect amount. Would definitely have dinner there again.
Did was alright but not amazing & my coffee was pretty cool (as in not warm!) We felt very rushed for brunch. There were 4 of us & we were only allotted a 1hr 15min window of time & when that was up we were very promptly ushered out. Staff were otherwise very nice
Lorenzos is always great at any time of the weekend and is the right side of lively.
The beef cannelloni was really good! Good menu and nice drinks - best Bellini! Really good atmosphere. Our table was booked for 9pm and we were seated promptly. We only had main courses but it was almost 10pm by the tine the food arrived. It was a Sat and the Rugby was on, so the City was very busy.
Food and cocktails were lovely, had booked the table for 2.15pm and were told just after we’d finished eating at 3pm we didn’t have time to order another cocktail as they’d need the table back in 15 mins. Thought being rushed out the door after a 45 min sitting was strange and a pity as we really enjoyed it to that point!
The restaurant was very nice with a lovely atmosphere.
Unfortunately the main course was very slow to come out. By the time we finally got our dinner my friends cannelloni was burnt and my dinner was cold.
Great atmosphere, a bit loud if you want to have a serious discussion, but why would you want to have that anyway. The food is amazing and the staff exceptionally friendly.
Came across this restaurant on google maps. Really tasty food, good value, especially the early bird and friendly staff. Would go again!
Staff were amazing so accommodating, did feel a little rushed. Food was only ok
Absolutely perfect date night as always, Kris looked after us from the moment we arrived and made us feel so special. Cannot recommend the place enough!
Attentive friendly service. Tasty hake for main course with a lovely mash. Good value Early Bird at €26 for two courses. We were three hours having the chats and no rush.
First timers for the 8 people in our party. Everyone enjoyed the various meals chosen, the sea bass was particularly delicious. Little expensive overall but enjoyed the experience and will definitely will be back.
Everything was good except the tables, which were too close together. It just does not work for a couple, better to be a group of 4 or 6.
Food was amazing, nutella cheesecake was fantastic and indulgent and my boyfriend had the tiramisu and said it was probably the nicest one he's ever had and he's half Italian! Very narrow place and popular so awful busy, wouldn't be great for wheelchairs or strollers. Many were turned away so make sure you've a reservation.
Staff v welcoming & absolutely lovely. Service great & early bird menu good value
Always happy with my food and experience at San Lorenzo's. Can't fault them - keep doing what you are doing!
Not a very friendly welcome , food like warm , could tell they wanted you in and out ASAP
Exactly what we looking for... the brunch tacos are amazing!!!
