Located on the heart of Main Street Newark, Delaware, this casual yet stylish restaurant has been awarded with The Best of Delaware award as the Best Mexican Restaurant- Upstate 2011. Patrons choose from outdoor dining on the wrap around patio or the tropical indoor dinning. It also features a brand new bar with more than 100 different tequila options, including home infused tequilas with fresh fruit and Mexican spices. Also, Santa Fe specializes in margaritas and Mojitos which have been awarded as the best locally. This restaurant needs some updating and feels dirty. Food was good, service was lacking. We probably would have ordered more drinks and food if the server was attentive

The drink, the food, and the service were all fantastic. Megan, our server, was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. We left there and let her know that she was one of the best servers we've ever had. Santa Fe has become one of our favorite restaurants anytime we visit our daughter at University of Delaware.

The sides for my fajitas came out thrown on a plate looking very unappetizing. My fajitas were delivered without tortillas and the waitress didn't come back to check on us for over 15 minutes at which point I'd eaten most of the fajitas without tortillas. Even after I asked her to bring them, it took a long time to get them. Food was fine. Waitress was very friendly and pleasant.

Extensive brunch menu. Food was beautifully plated and delicious. The warm rolls were lovely. We'll be back to try more. Service was attentive.
