One of the best pizzas I ever had at a affordable prices.
Just a wonderful casual place for outstanding Italian food. Eat here at least once on every trip to London and never disappointed. Pizza and pasta are both delicious and the hardest part of eating here is deciding which to order.
One of the very interesting and reassuring things about eating at Sartori is realizing that, as an English speaker, you are in a distinct minority with Italian being language of choice!
We had a great lunch at Satori on Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was nice and busy, food was great, liver and bacon fab, waiters/waitresses were very attentive. Thank you
An ideal pre theatre restaurant. Good tasty meal at a reasonable price served quickly by polite and friendly staff. Will use again when a taste of Italy takes my fancy.
Great food. Great service. Went for my daughter's 4th birthday to get pizza (Outstanding!). Went back the next night to try what we saw others got the first night. Waiter teased my son with the wine and to pay the bill which he thought was hysterical. So great for family too. Thank you Sartori for being part of my family's vacation!
Great food and fast service, perfect for a pre theatre meal
Despite Open Table not sending my booking through, they were happy to accommodate us in a busy Friday lunch.
Food was excellent, service got a bit slow at the end but would happily recommend.
The food was delicious, the service was terrible
Nice neighborhood restaurant
Nice service and food was good. My dh said steak was cooked perfectly. My swordfish was moist and tasty
Visited Sartori for the second time, an anniversary lunch prior to Buckingham Palace tour. Second visit even better than the first, a new white wine to remember, the best seafood pasta main we have ever had, a delicious desert and a superb Italian expresso to finish !
Good food and appetizers. Very convenient for before or after theater.
Fair restaurant. Food was good on the every day menu but a bit of a poor uninspiring selection on the set menu. Ditched that in the end and paid a bit more to have more choice. Restaurant was incredibly noisy. It was central London so was to be expected. Great location for the theatre. Less than 10 min walk from the Novello Theatre. Would recommend!
Food was ok portions a bit small. We ate off the theatre menu. No children's menu is a problem because they charge what they want. My daughter had a half portion but she wasn't charged half price.
Real authentic Italian food. An amazing evening where everything tasted great! Attentive staff too. Will definitely go again.
Really nice place - good food, good service and great value for money! Definitely recommend
Yes, the metre long pizza was a metre long, ideal for 4. Superb authentic southern Italian food. Highly recommended.
Pizza is as good as it gets. Proper Italian dough with Italian ingredients.
Second visit and didn't disappoint. Good location for pre theatre meal and really excellent value. One small criticism - portions were very generous so didn't have room for a desert but a lemoncello was well received. Staff were very helpful and friendly too
I was slightly disappointed with my meal. The restaurant itself was easy to find and had a lovely ambience about it. The tables were slightly too close together.
I ordered garlic bread with tomato and oregano which was like a mini pizza but it had way too much tomato on it that was all that I could taste. For my main meal I ordered lasagne which was nice but it wasn’t a very good portion, the pannacota was delicious. One of the other guests had spaghettini and meatballs which they said needed to have a few more meatballs as there was more spaghetti.
For what we ate I thought it was slightly overpriced.
Very pleasant lunch before theatre, have been here before, staff very friendly and food good value
Lovely meal for a family birthday. Would definitely recommend the parmigiana melanzane and octopus salad starters, delicious! Service was good and the restaurant was very busy, a bit noisy but good atmosphere.
The food was excellent! We were in town for the London Marathon so there was plenty of selection for the runner and non-runners in our group!
Lovely food but way too noisy ! The service was fine and we really enjoyed our meal but it was impossible to have a conversation because of the noise.
Quick & very friendly service.Nice & cosy atmosphere Small but good menu choice.
Tables could be 10 cm wider.
Prices on level with the area.
Perfect for any occasion in the West End.
This is such a fantastic restaurant, the food is amazing ,the service fantastic and great value for beautiful Italian food .
It is a piece of Italy in London. Amazing food, great ingredients, friendly staff that will make you feel at home.
Excellent authentic Italian food. Great value for money. Great service. Book 12.30 slot if you are going to a matinee. Portions are very generous. I would suggest sharing starters. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back. Thank you.
Atmospheric, authentic Italian restaurant. Great location and ideal for dinner before a show.
As per always the service is fantastic! Food great and a great location.
I've been to Sartori quite a few times now - nice feel and really authentic, tasty and filling Italian food that tastes amazing. And I have been to Italy quite a lot and also to some very average British Italian restaurants, so trust me!
Staff are friendly and service is good. Would definitely recommend.
We have visited Sartori in a number of occasions. It is always most wonderful in every way! Great service, exceptional food, nice atmosphere! Recommend you book as it’s very busy and buzzy.🐝🐝
Ate here before going to see The Lion King. Good selection of items on the menu, all the food I saw looked good. I ordered a glass of wine and it never came so I asked again and it still took maybe 5 min. to get a glass of wine and then I was charged for 2 glasses on the bill which they adjusted when I pointed it out. Overall, food was good and came quickly and was a decent price for central London. Don't think I would eat here again though, just didn't stand out to me and there are so many other places to try.
We always eat at Sartori prior to visiting the theatre. The pre theatre menu is incredible value with tasty food and quick service. I was being very picky this time and asked for grilled fish with grilled vegetables....although not on the menu they adapted one of the dishes.
Great food! No a great service!
Friendly and quick service. Food was freshly cooked and looked and tasted delicious. Wines and other drinks are reasonably priced and there is a good range to choose from. Overall, very good value for money and location is good for theatres.
I went to this restaurant twice during this week, once for lunch and the second time for dinner with colleagues. Everytime the food was AMAZING (pizza, pasta and desserts), real Italian food which is not so easy to find in this city. The service as well was brilliant: everybody smiling, polite and very attentive, especially the waiter Luca. I'll be back soon :)
Fabulous vegetarian options. Went as a family and would go again!
Excellent food and service. Authentic Italian dining
Good food, Great service but lacking the charming / romantic atmosphere for a date. A bit noisy as well.
Good value for money and good quality food.
