Waterfront table couldn’t be beat, better for daylight experience. Light lunch of shared salad prawn cocktail and steamed clams with torta dessert. All good Service was right amount of attentive.

We waited for a window seat looking out on the water. Waiter was just ok. We had the baked artichokes, just ok. My husband and I both ordered the halibut. It was lackluster at best. Not much flavor and over cooked. Will not be going back.

We had dinner at Sausalito me and 5 more friends. The place is lovely and the food is really good. We ordered a really good white wine and started with 12 oysters. Then we ordered some calamaretti and crab cakes. Finally we ordered a clam chowder and for dinner we had the wagyu and the lobster tail. Everything was super tasty and delicious but the dishes were a little small for the price.

I’m really disappointed that I chose to go to Scoma’s to celebrate a special occasion. We couldn’t have had a worse table. We had no view of the water. I requested a table with a view for the reservation. It seemed that people were seated first come first serve and there didn’t happen to be an open table with a view at that time. I thought the reservation would secure a preferable table, but that was not the case. I feel awful that I dragged them to Sausalito to sit in a crowded dining room with no view of the water on a beautiful afternoon. The family asked to find Somewhere else we could sit and see the water after we left. It was such a disappointment for the afternoon.
