Nasi Lemak dish so terrible, presentation are good. But the rice is too dry. I can see the dry rice grains not holding together.
Normally rice once is cooked are soft and moist. Very disappointed It’s look like been re-heat in the oven. We were lunch at noon time around 12:30 pm. Very dissatisfied ! It’s my first also a last to visit. Won’t go there again.

The restaurant was closing when we reached at the appointment timing (9.15pm). We were told that they had nt received the reservation. Nevertheless they allowed us to dine in, the restaurant staff was kind & helpful. Food portion was kind of too big, but taste delicious.

Good choice of starters - recommend both the duck and the squid. There was good variety in the main courses - our particular choice of chicken was a little bland. Service was friendly and helpful - staff made good recommendations. If you are staying in the hotel the restaurant is a quite, casual, easy going place which makes you feel welcome.

Typical hotel restaurant without ambience.
When it comes to service it is quite poor, staff is not very friendly.
Had better meal definitely, Tom Yum soup was lacking of ingredients almost no sea food inside just some vegetables.

A very relaxed and comfortable restaurant. Seating in three different rooms.....take your pick.
Service was very good and with smiles and helpful in choosing the dishes. Overall my family scored very high. Will go again soon with friends.

We went there on a wowcher voucher so we had to eat from a set menu, not a lot to chose from but the food was nice and the presentation was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive and we didn't stop pouring us glasses of prosecco. All in all it was a nice experience and I would probably eat there again but from the normal menu this time. The decor was lovely and the restaurant felt clean.

Had a lovely birthday dinner with friends in this cosy restaurant. I really like Malaysian food so therefor wanted to treat myself and my friends. We had plenty starters and main food was really filling. My vegan friend told that unfortunately there were not too many options for her to choose from. One of my friends found food a bit too spicy for her taste. They offered us as well wine with our food which was unexpected as earlier reviews had stated that no alcohol would have been served in this halal restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their wine and nonalcoholic drinks. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice. Service was good and attentive. I would have liked to be offered dessert menu instead of being offered just coffee or tea after finishing main food. In general we had a very nice evening and I would go back to this restaurant again on a special occasion.

Pretty poor to be honest. Took a while to find as it isn't advertised & is actually in a hotel basement. The food was a poor effort, there was no atmosphere and the staff, whilst not unfriendly, didn't really care.
If you're thinking of going there, dont bother.

I invited my boyfriend for his birthday meal to that restaurant. It's a very elegant place situated in a hotel. The food has a real Malaysian taste with a wide menu selection. The place has been recognised by many Malaysian tourists searching their own country's best cuisine. It's an ideal place to have a conversation because it's very quiet. Maybe some traditional Malay music is missing, it would add a better vibe. The food has real Malaysian cuisine's taste. I've paid less than 60 pounds for 2 course meal and starter to share including 2 drinks. Great value for money.

Food was excellent, although the menu was confusing as most of it was in Malay. Also, they had just changed the menu and didn't have many dessert options which is the only reason why I scored a 4*
Highly recommended as the portion sizes are nice for sharing and excellent in flavour.
