Cozy restaurant with amazing food and very friendly service. Our waiter (the nice Sicilian) guy advised us on the best dishes to try out - pork belly and quinoa croquettas are a must - and wines to pair. Me and my friends felt very well looked after the whole time. We had a lovely experience overall and will certainly return!
I waited for a while before someone actually looked at me and I had to call someone to take care of my reservation. The place is too noisy we cannot talk normally. It’s a shame as the place is nice and the food delicious. But it’ll probably go to another one next time.
Really good food. Small plates to share. Bit pricey and cramped in the Carnaby location but overall enjoyed the meal.
Although the tasting menu can be a fun experience we did not have such an enjoyable time. It felt like they were throwing the food at us all at once and not allowing us to enjoy each course, even after they promised they would not bring the next course until we had finished the one before. It felt like they were rushing us to just turn the table over even though we had booked a 2 hour timeslot and had plenty of time, finishing the food in the first hour! Although the food was good I will not be returning for the tasting menu.
I was very excited to go to Snor Ceviche and show my brother and his girlfriend how amazing the service and the Peruvian food is. Unfortunately our arrival was already quite unwelcoming. We set down at our table and have ordered a couple of drinks from our waiter. The drinks eventually arrived... In the whole experience, probably this was the best part. After that, our waiter disappeared. Polishing plates and cutleries were much more important, then our experience. The rest of the team haven't been any more professional. No one looked at us, no one checked on us, and we had to beg for someone to take our orders. The food was ok, but nothing special. Once we finished we asked for the bill from one of the managers, what we have received. We asked for the service to be removed, since it was not satisfying...- the answer was: it's ok, when you pay just pay without it... few minutes later another manager came to our table and tried to take the payment - the full amount including service- so once again we had to ask to remove it. He did so, but did not bothered to ask why or what was the problem. He seemed more interested in his computer at the whole time we were there. The time we choose was quiet, so we thought that we will have a pleasant early dinner, but it wasn't the case. All in all I don't think we will go back again.
Great food, fantastic service. Possibly the best ribs I have ever had.
Food was very good, especially the ceviches and the baby back ribs
Went for brunch on a Sunday afternoon with friends... Great value for money!
Excellent service and food
Lovely place, unusual but really tasty food made a really nice difference. Set menu lunch price has increased.
Good service, average food and cocktails, bad value for money.
Always consistent and good. Enjoyable place with good service and great South American food.
The set menu was a dream! Contains all the highlights of the whole menu. And the value for the price is great. Absolutely great food, and the service is excellent, as usual. The only downside is that the tables are so Close next to each other and the acoustics of the room is not too good, as the noise level is quite high. But I would definitely recommend it and come back any time!
Some dishes were good, others less exciting. Not a huge amount of choice either which was a surprise. Not sure we’d rush back, so all in all a little disappointing given all the great things we’d heard.
Nice buzzy atmosphere. Food was tasty. But portions were too small (not enough fish in the cerviche) and 12.5% service charge too high.
Ottimi piatti, personale gentile, consiglio di scegliere il menu degustazione 35p.
We went there after the London Marathon, in the heart of the most fashionable London, this place is perfect to taste a selection of Peruvian cuisine of both fish and meat. The service is very kind and efficient, thanks to a waiter (Luca) that is very professional. You can start with a Pisco Sour, sharing with your mates a selection of plates from the classic chevice of marinated fish, to a pork belly or ribs very tasty and little spicy. The restaurant is a little bit noisy, but it deserves a visit.
The food was really tasty, we had the classic señor ceviche and the one with tuna in it, both were delicious and very fresh. The asparagus and sweet (purple) potatoes were great, don't forgot to dip them in the melted cheese! The chicken was really tender, and packed full of flavour.
The tables were quite close together and we didn't get a knife, but other than that the whole experience was great and the staff were very friendly. I'd recommend the uncle something cocktail!
We've ordered the tasting menu and everything was simply perfect.
The lunch menu was very good value for money. I am Peruvian so gave 4 stars as the pisco sour was good but not excellent. Look forward to tasting other dishes next time I go to London, as I live in Portsmouth.
Delicious food, impeccable service and good value for the quality
Amazing place. Friendly staff. Amazing food.
Very small portions !
Food was great but why no valentine menu like last year?
A family Valentine’s Day with our little 11 month old joining us was great. The staff catered to the little one well and the food was as amazing as always!
Very good food, nice staff. Little bit overpriced.
Restaurant top, ambiance le service est géniale et la nourriture divine
Amazing food, tasty cocktails, great service - an all round winner!
The perfect restaurant for a casual yet special night out.
The ceviche was excellent. Non-alcoholic drink cocktails were very tasty.
Such a lovely and cozy place. Great example of comidas peruanas
This is the second time I have eaten here...and was not disappointed. The food is delicious...best calamari I have ever tasted! You will love this restaurant if you like 'little plates' style of eating.
A first experience of Peruvian food. Ideal as a venue for a quite(ish) lunch for two on a weekday. Attentive service and a well articulated understanding of how the menu worked. No pressure, and tapas a great way to experience the food for the first time.
Never had Peruvian food before and so this was an experiment. It was different enough to feel adventerous, with some familiar items like sweet potato fries and calamari. There were a few dishes I'd never tasted before - try the cabbage side dish - that were absolutely delicious - but it was all good. The staff was very helpful in explaining what the dishes were, how many to order and so forth. Its like tapas, so we had one starter, one main and one side each, six dishes in all. It was very filling and tasty, too. My daughter doesn't eat meat, so we had a seafood and vegetarian items and I didn't miss the meat at all. I even liked the ceviche which is raw fish and I am definitely pretty picky about sushi type stuff. Fast service, friendly, informative and Spanish/English speaking. We went quite early but by the end of our meal it was crowded and fairly noisy, but not unpleasantly so - energetic. Still, that's why I only rated the ambiance 'very good', versus 'outstanding'. Two people, six dishes, two cocktails, £70.00. I thought it was good value for money.
Loved it - the food was delicious and the staff very friendly
Food is outstanding would definitely recommend !!!
We really enjoyed the tasting menu and the service was faultless!
Amazing restaurant, food and attention. I will repeat whenever i have the chance!
A first visit. Really good time, delicious food, communicative staff, and good value. It was a Saturday, and although the place was busy, we could hear ourselves talk. Will go again for sure.
Great flavours and food, staff were friendly and helpful. Visited restaurant a few times and always have lovely food and enjoyable evening
