The food was really tasty, we had the classic señor ceviche and the one with tuna in it, both were delicious and very fresh. The asparagus and sweet (purple) potatoes were great, don't forgot to dip them in the melted cheese! The chicken was really tender, and packed full of flavour.
The tables were quite close together and we didn't get a knife, but other than that the whole experience was great and the staff were very friendly. I'd recommend the uncle something cocktail!
We've ordered the tasting menu and everything was simply perfect.
The lunch menu was very good value for money. I am Peruvian so gave 4 stars as the pisco sour was good but not excellent. Look forward to tasting other dishes next time I go to London, as I live in Portsmouth.
Delicious food, impeccable service and good value for the quality
Amazing place. Friendly staff. Amazing food.
Very small portions !
Food was great but why no valentine menu like last year?
A family Valentine’s Day with our little 11 month old joining us was great. The staff catered to the little one well and the food was as amazing as always!
Very good food, nice staff. Little bit overpriced.
Restaurant top, ambiance le service est géniale et la nourriture divine
Amazing food, tasty cocktails, great service - an all round winner!
The perfect restaurant for a casual yet special night out.
The ceviche was excellent. Non-alcoholic drink cocktails were very tasty.
Such a lovely and cozy place. Great example of comidas peruanas
This is the second time I have eaten here...and was not disappointed. The food is delicious...best calamari I have ever tasted! You will love this restaurant if you like 'little plates' style of eating.
A first experience of Peruvian food. Ideal as a venue for a quite(ish) lunch for two on a weekday. Attentive service and a well articulated understanding of how the menu worked. No pressure, and tapas a great way to experience the food for the first time.
Never had Peruvian food before and so this was an experiment. It was different enough to feel adventerous, with some familiar items like sweet potato fries and calamari. There were a few dishes I'd never tasted before - try the cabbage side dish - that were absolutely delicious - but it was all good. The staff was very helpful in explaining what the dishes were, how many to order and so forth. Its like tapas, so we had one starter, one main and one side each, six dishes in all. It was very filling and tasty, too. My daughter doesn't eat meat, so we had a seafood and vegetarian items and I didn't miss the meat at all. I even liked the ceviche which is raw fish and I am definitely pretty picky about sushi type stuff. Fast service, friendly, informative and Spanish/English speaking. We went quite early but by the end of our meal it was crowded and fairly noisy, but not unpleasantly so - energetic. Still, that's why I only rated the ambiance 'very good', versus 'outstanding'. Two people, six dishes, two cocktails, £70.00. I thought it was good value for money.
Loved it - the food was delicious and the staff very friendly
Food is outstanding would definitely recommend !!!
We really enjoyed the tasting menu and the service was faultless!
Amazing restaurant, food and attention. I will repeat whenever i have the chance!
A first visit. Really good time, delicious food, communicative staff, and good value. It was a Saturday, and although the place was busy, we could hear ourselves talk. Will go again for sure.
Great flavours and food, staff were friendly and helpful. Visited restaurant a few times and always have lovely food and enjoyable evening
Amazing quality and service, the Peruvian Tequeños were outstanding, a good pisco and caramelised pork!!
Our waitress was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and really on point with the menu suggestions. She made our dinner experience even better! The food was great specially the desserts! Definitely coming back. Thank you!
It was a gastronomic experience made more enjoyable because the dishes were explained by staff that wanted us to have the best experience love love loved it!
Had a great special lunch here the other day, highly recommend the set menu which is excellent value at £35 for about six dishes including a dessert and a cocktail. Super friendly staff also!
Tasty modest portions. Efficient service. Not flexible with ordering.
Took my partner out for dinner. It was very nice, great that they have a tasting menu for £30p/p and it allows youto try few different things.
We also ordered the Pork Belly as extra and it was the highlight of the dinner. So yummy!!
My 3rd time here and as always satisfying customer service and amazing food
Great atmosphere and food! I want to come back ASAP!
All very good!
The food was far from being truly peruvian. It was so gourmet with tiny portions and too much hint of a fusion food that has lost any peruvian authenticity. however the pisco sours were excellent
The peruvian food was just average. The best dish I have to say was the cabbages. The meat part didn't impress me at all.
Food all brought out pretty much together. We were a booking of two people. We had a very small table with no room for all the plates as they were brought out. We felt very squashed. Would not go back. No one offered to take our coats so they were on the seat next to us taking up more room.
Nice place with good atmosphere, food was ok overall, some of the dishes were really nice whilst others just average. Tables far too small to eat comfortably though personnel nice and great location.
Good, food good service and friendly advice. Reasonable prices. All good, would re-visit.
Interesting menu with good variety and unusual combinations.
I had the ribs and my friend had the flat iron steak cooked rare to medium. Both excellent. Tasty and tender. Not such good value at £14 when you have order sides as well. Makes for an expensive main course. The senor ceviche starter was also very good. Wonderful flavours.
Service a bit hit a miss as the waitress did not appear to be listening carefully while taking the order and this was proven as one of our sides did not arrive with the rest of the meal.
It came eventually after I request again but was a bit too late to be enjoyed with the meal.
Not a bad experience though and I wouldn’t mind returning
Great food, great service, great ambience. Highly recommend for casual dining or small group of friends. Very central location.
Great food and awesome service.
