Went for a date night. Not disappointed and neither was my beautiful wife
Sensational service... Knowledgeable waiters... Highly recommended
The service was excellent and we were shown to an intimate table. The food was delightful, I particularly liked the crab mouse and scallop starter. The main course, skate, was superbly prepared with a lot of taste but a bit too buttery for me, it needed a muslined lemon with it. The dessert was a light tangerine mouse with sorbet - really rangy and not too rich. I think there should have been an additional choice for main course; it was either skate or braised beef. Good choices of wines by the glass and the petit fours served with coffee were a tour de force, a match for anything created in Vienna! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this special restaurant that resonates with passion and care throughout.
Top class food, impeccable service, intimate atmosphere, and elegant setting. I booked a table at Seven Park Place for my husband's birthday celebration. I had high expectations as I knew about its 4 AA Rosettes and the Michelin Guide had just given it a star for the 9th year in a row. Seven Place Park didn't disappoint. It delighted us with very sophisticated dishes that never felt pretentious.
The seared Foie Gras with caramelised pear and ginger bread crumb was exquisite. The surprising combination of textures worked to perfection. Both the filet of turbot and the Cumbrian Outdoor Pork were delicious (the Pork cheek was cooked to perfection - it literally melts in your mouth and tastes incredibly good). Finally, the apple pie with toffee sauce was simply the tastiest I had ever had.
We all enjoyed very much a l l the food, delicious scallops and sea bass, succulent venison and lamb, imaginative and appetite-whetting house-interludes. And the good, well-affordable wines. We were delighted by the quiet atmosphere, enabling the enjoyment of conversation and adding to the ambience
of elegant, intimate and homely comfort. A venue to cherish! Thank you.
This was our first visit and the two of us had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch with excellent service. We decided to opt for the three course lunch menu (with wine flight) and found all the courses very tasty and beautifully presented. The choice of wine to accompany every course was spot on and the sommelier needs to be commended for his impressive knowledge. There is no question that the set lunch is very good value, the atmosphere suited us perfectly and the bread basket had a lovely selection. However, there is a reason why I was not able to give this restaurant a five star rating in every section. Having dined in number of similar restaurants for a number of years now we were most disappointed in the selection and pricing of cognacs. We are usually able to find a suitable digestive within our price range but sadly not on this occasion. At the same time the lunch was so delicious, the staff so attentive, the sommelier outstanding and so we will definitely be back - foregoing a glass of cognac at the end of the meal is a small price to be paid for such a delightful lunch experience. Thank you very much for looking after us.
The food exceeded every (high) expectation we had. Simply superb. But the highlight of the evening was the wine-pairing and the Sommelier who did an amazing job of pairing each wine to each course and providing an entertaining and informative explanation of the wine and the reason for its selection. His choices were eclectic and absolutely spot-on.
This restaurant is highly recommended for a special occasion and is a London gem.
The food and service were excellent. Sitting arrangement was very comfortable and we could enjoy dinner and conversation much better than in a restaurant with open setting.
The food was great and the service was even better! Congratulations!
Extraordinary experience!!! Beautiful service and food was spot on!
Fantastic food and service! Expensive, but delicious! Would definitely return. Several amuse bouches were also delicious.
My first time and celebrating my partner’s 46th birthday. We were both delighted with the food and was glad we opted for the wine pairing.
We will definitely be back.
The wait staff was outstanding. Witty, impeccable service and top flight!
Food was amazing and the staff wonderful. Really friendly and professional without any of the pretentious that is often accompanied by fine dining.
great food, in a relaxed, quiet and beautiful place. impeccable service, non-intrusive, but ever present. definitely will be back.
The tastiest and most divine food we’ve had in a while. Started the day off perfectly for us.
Food and wine are fantastic! Don’t miss here when you visit London!
Excellent meal and service from the staff at the staff at the restaurant. Went for the tasting menu which was really good.
Our favourite London restaurant, the food is superb and the staff are simply amazing, friendly and helpful. We’ve been several times before and we’re never disappointed.
The food was excellent as always. We have been coming here every Jan/Feb now for a few years - a lovely experience in the depths of winter. Only one small quibble - I ordered quite an expensive bottle of wine, it was 18 years old and really should have been decanted. I was quite surprised when it wasn’t. Other than that a lovely meal.
Simply wonderful, and the service is the best I have experienced.
Selected through an online search, images and a price guide of £26-£41 a head, I was rather taken aback by a menu that offered a choice between £63 and £71 for two and three course options respectively, and a spectacular wine list largely ranging between £100 and £1,000. While the meal was enjoyable, and well presented, the flavours were not especially interesting. The wine, mercifully, justified its price tag and the staff were a delight. What would otherwise have been a perfect evening was somewhat marred by a sense of being ripped off, the blame for which I lay at the foot of Open Table for misleading information.
Truly incredible experience. Great food, exceptional service.
I would highly recommend for a special occasion or a great date night.
I had set lunch there, the whole experience was fantastic, highly recommended!
Still a favourite even if we didn't receive a complimentary set of chocolates for (second) dessert during my last visit, just like I always do whenever I come visit.
A totally unexpected dining experience which left us craving for more! Definitely a must visit
One of my best dining experiences in London- wonderful food in an intimate setting that ensures fantastic service.
My favourite restaurant in London. Though, they need to change the menu some time.
Wr had a 2-course lunch set menu with matching wines. The mains were good and desserts were great. The pairing of chocolate test and genach from south-east France was perfect.
The lunch impressed me a lot, except for the soft drink.
Amazing food, ambience and friendly staff made this a fantastic meal. We were running late but the staff were fine about it once we arrived and made sure it didn't spoil the experience. My mum thought it was the best food she has ever had as well! All in all Drabbles lived up to a great family name!
What first struck us when we entered was the dated decor. Its well overdue a refurb. Aperitifs were nice. Food pleasant enough but at over £70 for 2 courses unjustified. Bemused by the wine list - barely anything under £99 which in this day is ludicrous. That said our 2012 Pauillac was very good. Not special enough to return at these prices.
Fantastic food from the Menu Gourmand, including one of the best puddings I've ever tasted. Discovery wine pairings were very good too. Excellent service but slightly odd atmosphere as it was a weekday evening and not very busy.
Food and service delightful. Presentation was terrific, and the only downside was the cost of the wines - rather expensive compared with other similar standard restaurants.
A luxurious bar with speciality cocktails, followed by a delightful lunch perfectly prepared and displayed as a work of art! An intimate hideaway off St James's.
Absolutely blown away by the service at Seven Park Place. It was my partners 30th & he was surprised with a cake & a card, so so thoughtful. Thank you for making our experience so perfect for such a big occasion. The service, food and the staff who were able to chat away to us just made the experience.
This is a very good restaurant in a beautiful setting. We have eaten this week at 4 Michelin one-star restaurants, and this one was significantly more expensive than the other 3. If price is no issue, you can count on a charming evening.
This restaurant is located at in a hotel with a quiet place but very close to green park station. I was very impressed about their service. I felt I'm they loyal customer and they extremely treat me like a king. The place is small but very enjoyable.
The food was good and I always had surprised how they prepare food. I order 3 courses lunch taste menu. They have you free desert no matter you order 2 or 3 courses. If you are not a fan for sweet dessert, you can just order 2 course.
