Impeccable food from starters to mains, served promptly and with good hospitality.

We had lunch and the restaurant was fairly quiet however this did not distract from the food being very good and the service was friendly and helpful.
It’s not cheap but it is decent value for money.
Would go again - tip, have the lamb shush, it’s very tasty!

We had a lovely time, the food and service were great and they brought out a surprise dessert with happy birthday written on the plate. Will definitely be back.

used to be a regular but they have changed the menus for worse and considerably increased the price. Cheesecake was essentially a lump of pink whipped cream. Overall not to its previous standards.

An exquisite place to visit for a night on the town. Perfectly curated decor attached to a vibrant atmosphere, all topped off with fun friendly staff and some wonderful food.

Fantastic! We had a table for 2 and enjoyed every part of our lunch. Starters were full of taste and the mains delicious too.

The Baked Alaska was a real treat and brought a smile from both of us. You must try it!!!

Not great this time - chicken shish was very dry this time and the wagyu burger was soggy and had no taste.

The Skewd kitchen team were most welcoming and attentive throughout which made the evening even more special. We had the most impressive looking and tasting cocktails to start with - if we weren’t driving plenty more would have been consumed, as they were superb! The food presentation was awesome as was the taste. Good food, lovely ambience in a safe and welcoming environment Skewd exceeded our expectations... we’ll be back!

LOVED this place. the waiter in the shirt was super friendly and made us so comfortable (and all the other staff!) totally comfortable, great food and really safe in terms of covid measures. would totally recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Amazing tasty dishes and all staff were very professional and kind.

The food was delicious but was disappointed that a portion of taramasalata was served with the smallest portion of pitta bread which wasn't even enough to eat it with. Usually in Mediterranean restaurants bread is always complimentary and given in abundance. After all, bread isn't an expensive food.

Very nice food, completely different from what we could expect from Turkish food, my husband and I loved it.

Overall my companion and I enjoyed the evening thoroughly despite the enclosure due to the COVID restrictions but we felt safe.
It was too bright for my liking, the lights could have been dimmer as it has been when I’ve been there before.
The food and the service were very good. I have to highlight the service and friendliness offered by Ramon, the bartender, it was excellent!!
We would go back, no doubt.

Extremely disappointed with Skewd. The portions are tiny and you have to pay for the basics like bread. Turkish restaurants are renowned for their generosity but Skewd definitely lacked that. When they did bring us bread (which we had to pay for) it was 3 tiny pieces of pitta as big as your palm. Not all dishes come with salad so when we ordered one to share, again it was tiny. Ordered a starter octopus and got 1 tentacle, ordered a main course octopus and got 3 tentacles. Although food was tasty, it's not worth the extortionate prices, especially for North London. 1 bottle of wine, 1 starter, 3 mains, 1 dessert, 2 espresso martinis came well over over £200

The place was lovely, all relevant Covid measures in place.
Unfortunately it was the food I was t that impressed with. My sea bass meal just lacked flavour. There was a paste with it that tasted a bit like a houmous which I didn’t feel went with the meal or added to it in any way. A salsa or pesto or a tartar would have been better. If that was a tartar it didn’t taste like one. Just my opinion. Very disappointing for the price and the reputation it has for lovely food.

We liked service and atmosphere. It was our anniversary and they made a lovely surprise. It was a special day and we were pleased with our choice.

Skewd has always been my go to! Loving the new refurb with the new long bar (great touch). Food and service always spot on and can’t wait for my next visit.
