We built our facility inside a prohibition era bank building. We are now starting its next chapter. Inside you will find a one-of-a-kind tasting room. Come in and enjoy our signature cocktails paired perfectly with our incredible food menu in a sophisticated environment. All spirits are house made. We feature local craft beers and local wine from Franklin Hill Vineyards. Come in for lunch, dinner, tastings, tours, or just hang at the bar. Whatever you choose you will be amazed by the stunning view of our state-of-the-art distilling equipment.
This is the 4th and certainly not our last visit! We love everything out the Social Still, from the friendly staff to the excellent food and drink as well as the ambience.
The food was amazing. Loved the non alcoholic beverage choices since we were racing all weekend.
This is our favorite spot to to eat before a show at Wind Creek.
The food and service were amazing! Had jalapeño hush puppies and the everything pretzel for apps. Both delicious. Scallops meal was cooked to perfection. Friends had the crab cakes and hubby had the pork schnitzel, all with rave reviews. Will definitely be back.
My family had a wonderful time!
Food & drinks were great, noise level was a bit much. The most outstanding part was our server Sara/Sarah (sorry, not sure of the spelling). She was amazing! My niece suffers from celiacs & my husband has a shellfish allergy, very stressful every time we go out. She took such good care of us & didn’t make us feel like we shouldn’t go out to eat.
Can’t wait to go back!
I had the pork schnitzel and my husband had the pot pie... both amazing! Drinks were delicious as always.
The cocktails are the draw... I guess we just ordered the wrong small plates. Mussels were very disappointing (some actually not edible). Flatbread was tasty, however toppings were scant and the hush puppies were just tasteless. Next time, we will eat before and just go for drinks....
Food, drinks, and service all outstanding. Small glitch with one of the dishes was corrected immediately with way too many apologies. A great place to go.
We visited Social Still for dinner on a Saturday evening - our first visit. We made reservations, which I highly recommend, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We loved everything about the experience! We ate on one of the two 2nd-floor balconies, overlooking the bar/seating area below. Thankfully, it was a little less noisy in the balcony area. I don't know if I would have stayed if I had to eat in the lower, very (very!) noisy area. Our server was attentive and courteous. The food was delicious! There's a good variety of drinks, including house-stilled spirits like bourbon, though drinks are on the expensive side. The ambiance was really very cool... It's an old bank building, complete with vaulted ceilings and the real, old vault - open to browse - which now houses kegs of their aging house-brewed products. There's even a small store, staffed by an employee who was very engaging - offering samples of their house-brewed spirits. There's also lots of Social Still apparel and bling for the picking. We will definitely be returning!
Social Still is our go to place for a bite to eat before going to see shows at Zoellner Art Center. It's just a few blocks from the Lehigh University Campus. Their menu is not extensive but everything on it is delicious. One of my favorites is the pork street tacos. Great cocktails too with their house made spirits. Service is quick but not rushed. Love the ambiance of the restored historic building.
Took our nieces to celebrate a birthday. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks. Calamari was amazing! We’ll be back.
Will definitely be back!!! Awesome date night. Waiter was attentive, service was impeccable and the food was out of this world!
We all enjoyed the food and service, which were both very good. Only thing that was a small issue, it is quite loud.
Great re purpose for the building and will be going back.
Excellent cocktail menu. Food is of the highest quality and done to perfection. This is a must try spot if your in Bethlehem and if not make the trip. They have a distallary on premisis.
We haven’t been to the Social Still for awhile but we will not wait so long next time. Everything is wonderful there and the proximity to Steel Stacks and Wind Creek make it a definite stop.
As coworkers we go out to just sit and relax. The Social Still is a great place to do just that! The food and drinks are always excellent as well as the service. I have never been disappointed there!
Was here for a late lunch with friends post movie at Steel Stacks. I love Social Still and have NEVER had bad food or service here. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. And the food is always crazy delicious. This time our server (damn, I can't remember his name) waited on us at a high top by the bar. He took so much time explaining about the distilling process and encouraging us to try one of the tours (we definitely will!), plus he helped me with a food recommendation and purchases in their little store afterwards. It was such a relaxed afternoon with friends. The place is so unique and beautiful. I don't know... I just love this place! We will be back with husbands next time!
Had a nice time at Social Still. Service was excellent; however, my entree was not. I ordered the BLT salad and while it was good portion-wise, the taste was totally bitter. I believe I may have gotten the ends of the lettuce leaves which are always bitter.
Our desert was great! Smore's in a Jar was so good!
AmaIng food! I love the concept of the restaurant and their store has great products. I had the jackfruit tacos very good.
Great food and great drinks, with above average service. Always a good choice.
Food was very tasty. Good service. My client was impressed.
Great quick service
Love the Social Still. Food was great and the creativity in the beverages outstanding! Great management!
Great food and tasty cocktails. Save room for desert !
My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away with a stay at the Sands Casino and attended the comedy show there. We made reservations at the Social Still, we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We had the Crab Hushpuppies, and Pulled Pork Nachos as an early/small dinner before the show. They were both delicious!
Cool ambiance, good service, delicious food. Frittata —egg with lump crab meat & spinach, topped with fries— was yummy! Hubby enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich too. Drinks were good. A tad pricey.
After having gone into this building with my parents when it was the Peoples Bank, I was very glad to see that they had tried to incorporate much of the original appearance into the restaurant.
Although the food is a bit pricey, it is deliciously so.
We have been here several times for dinner, happy hour, and brunch. The drinks are great and the food is always yummy!
The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They gave a free bottle of homemade hot sauce after we raved about it. The food was surprisingly very good and flavorful. The only downside is the lack seating for disabled/ elderly people. We had to eat al fresco because an elderly friend of ours was unable to climb the high top tables. The location of an historical bank makes for a great back drop for eating and drinking.
Excellent!! We will be back! Great atmosphere!
Great place! Everything from our service to drinks, food, ambiance was great. Loved their rye. Burgers -amazing. Jackfruit tacos, watermelon salad - something different and very good!
Planning another trip as it is a 1:30 min drive, but worth it. Add time to walk over to steel stacks and see the old factory.
I chose Social Still for my friend’s bachelorette party dinner . We were a group of 8 and as you may guess we were late for our reservation haha. But, Social Still kept our reservation and helped us with our time check strains as we had another event after dinner to get to. They were great, flexible, and the food and drink was amazing! Can’t wait to go back when we are not in such a rush!
The food was really good, even better than the drinks. A lot of flavor and a very nice presentation.
My husband and I had a late dinner at the Social Still after a movie. We kept commenting on how wonderful everything was, and that every time we eat here we leave really satisfied saying, "It's ALWAYS good!" We split the charcuterie board to start. I have to say this is a favorite appetizer no matter where we are, but The Social Still's meat/cheese board is a BIG winner. One of the best we've had. It's not skimpy and is loaded with cheeses and meats all with incredible flavor—some mild, some spicy. The liver pate was SO INCREDIBLE I had to ask about it, and the server happily told me about the local guy who sells it to the restaurant and where to find him. All the nuts and accompaniments were just perfect with the selections of meats and cheeses. AND there were plenty of warm, toasted, crisps to eat with it. LOVED IT! I had the scallops over peanut noodle maki rolls. So tasty and the scallops were seared and cooked to perfection. My husband had a burger that he couldn't stop raving about. Our drinks came out really quickly despite the place being packed on a Friday night. Food was paced perfectly. Our table was cleared when things needed to be. It was just perfection. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere though loud is really vibrant and fun! We adore the Social Still!
Excellent food and drinks. Can’t wait to go back!!
End of the week wind down and always a great time at Social Still.
Food was delicious, server was attentive and very nice. Just a great time all around!
It was a spur of the moment find and boy it was great! Their gin and rye whiskey is AMAZING! We were in a bit of hurry considering we were heading to a show at the Wind Creek Event Center and didn’t have time to buy any but heading back to do so!
Absolutely delicious food in a fun atmosphere with top notch service! Will definitely come back soon.
What a cool place! Inside a former bank, the ambiance is about a piece of history saved and honored with this new business. Love the two balconies, unique light fixtures, open vault, giant stills behind glass, and more. Great location, lots of parking. Caitlyn (spelling?) Was a professional and cheerful server. She was genuinely happy that all four of us LOVED our burgers. The Trufflin' Along is probably the best burger I've ever had. All the staff is super friendly, but Caitlyn made our night. It's great that they have a store right there as well.
incredible cocktails but ....interesting.... choices for sides and sauces.
