Had to wait a little while to order food. Staff were friendly professional and polite

Great food in a spacious restaurant. Understandably busy and food was a little slow but we were informed of the delay promptly but staff. Soft drinks not overpriced.

Booked through open table and had a confirmation but they had no record of our booking ! Luckily they squeezed us in . Food was lovely and excellent value . Very busy and quiet warm . Very noisy . A table of 6 woman at the side of us who were squeezing and shouting !!
As always great food and service. My only comment is that the restaurant is looking a bit “tired” and could do with some refurbishment. This won’t stop be from going.......see you next time.

Saturday evening meal at the Star of Siam - we booked early - 7pm, good to see that most of the tables were full. Service was good and food was excellent. Will definitely be going again - soon.
We have been to the Star of Siam a number of times, on weekends and during the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The lunch menu is really good value. Can highly recommend the Star of Siam to anyone.

Fab food as ever and service exceptional. It's a tradition that we go here every year for both my husband and daughters birthday. The staff always put themselves out and prepare a dessert and candle for them!!
I booked on-line through OpenTable but I had to make changes to the booking which proved difficult as the web site would not let me make changes. I then rang the restaurant in the morning of the day I wanted the booking to make the changes required. However, when we arrived at the restaurant NO BOOKING. We did get a table but I was annoyed. The service was extremely slow, it was 45 minutes before we were able to place our food order. The food was lovely but one gets a bit put off when having to wait ages. So not altogether pleased with the experience.
The food was extremely bland and poor quality I eat a lot of Thai food and this was nothing near to how it should taste, the staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable
