Located in the former family home of Lord Snowdon, once the Husband of Princess Margaret, The Gunroom Restaurant is Michelin Guide listed and is so much more than a restaurant. Located in the heart of Plas Dinas Country House just 5 minutes from Caernarfon, dining with us is more of an experience than just a meal. Arrive at least 20 minutes early for a pre-dinner drink and canape which leads into your dining experience.
Our monthly changing menu uses only the freshest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Distinct choices of starter, main and dessert are interspersed with delicious hidden courses creating a unique experience that balances sumptuous indulgence with individual variety.
Our intimate Gunroom Bar is a great spot for a gin or a cocktail before or after dinner.

We only serve quality wines and beers and the tastiest of food which is sourced mainly from local suppliers.
