Lovely meal, it was busy as Christmas time but we didn’t have to wait for drinks or food, the service was amazing and the food was excellent.

Outstanding cocktails to start followed by an exceptional taster menu which gave our whole party a range of enjoyable and unexpected tastes. The serving staff were both knowledgeable and helpful offering advice about the best way to enjoy the different courses without being intrusive. The whole experience was one we would be happy to repeat next time we are in the area

What is amazing is that this is Chinese food not over-salted, but leaving a healthy clean taste on your palate. The plump aubergine strips lightly deep-fried made a delightful appetizer, with lots of garlic and a hint of chilli. I particularly like savouring the separate ingredients wrapped in the Chives Dumplings and the Spinach Dumplings with the delicate Flying Fish Roe. The green veg, Morning Glory, was stir-fried to perfection. We were lucky that the Leopard Coral Trout was the day's Daily Special! A whole fish just right for two serious fish-eaters, and steamed just right with ginger and spring onion strips. Their egg-tarts were a lovely change from even the best from the supermarkets. I must mention their really fresh from this year's harvest of Dragon Well (longjing) tea! Happily satisfied. I must initiate my children and grand-children to this GOOD Chinese food!
