What a vibe. This is a really special restaurant fronting the buzzy Folkestone Harbour Arm. Service is exemplary and incredibly friendly. Great ambience, the kind of place you'll want to dress up, but unpretentious. Food is truly exceptional. We went for the cheese souffle and artichoke soup to start which were really delicious, followed by the market fish option of a huge seabass stuffed with herbs and served with a delicious buerre blanc. It's quite pricey, but feels very reasonable for the quality - definitely a special place to dine, would heartily recommend.

Best pork belly I’ve ever had. Lovely food. Great ambience. Perfect for a romantic date night. Staff went above and beyond. Stayed in one of the rooms-Ortega which was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Great service, great atmosphere, food presented well, delicious and value for money. Very lively for a lunch time, very enjoyable.

Lovely food, we have two young kids that the staff made a real fuss of, but we were very aware that they were the only children there and I was worried that they disturbed other diners. The menu is small, but everything we had was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Great New Years Day lunch with friends . Great experience from start to finish. Food and service was first class. Cannot fought a thing keep up the great work.
