Really enjoyed our festive lunch at Clavells food and service was excellent. We have dined there on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend

Lovely Sunday Carvery. Staff were quick to see to us and were extremely polite and welcoming. Drinks were delivered quickly and food order taken promptly. The meat itself was hot and fresh with plenty of variety of vegetables and sides. Desserts were delicious! This was our second visit in recent times and definitely won't be our last.

Would thoroughly recommend The Halfway Inn. We were given a lovely warm welcome by Tamzyn and shown to our table where a drinks order was taken. There was a great selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. The menu was really good, with lots of choices for all fussy eaters at our table, including some good vegetarian options. The service throughout was friendly and helpful and the food was home cooked, with large portion sizedls and delicious.

The service was a little slow, forgetting some of the order. The food was lovely but felt it was very overpriced for what was received.

Very happy with our stay and dinner. If we didn't know any different we would have thought it was Michelin starred it was that good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
