Lovely Xmas atmosphere. Room for pram at the table. A little bit loud but there were lots of big party tables. Food was nice, a little rich. Ordered a Flirtini cocktail, did not taste that great and was served in a wine glass. No set menus (or was not offered one) on for Christmas.

The usual quality but surprised some of the signature Menu items were not available so early in the evening. When I go to a restaurant I expect all menu items to be available.

Full vegetarian menu and vegan options as well. Food was superb. I have recommended to my sister when she visits and hope to be back myself.

Absolutely wonderful way to start 2023! Service and food was superb. I’ve never had a bad experience at The Ivy. I highly recommend it here, whether for a special occasion or for brunch with friends. I look forward to returning.

It’s an amazing restaurant in an out-of-the-way location halfway between Dumphries and Thornhill. It’s worth the drive, regardless of where you’re starting. I’m not sure how many Michelin stars they have, but all were well-earned. By the way, they don’t use this app, so you really need to call ahead.
