Very expensive but lovely place and the service was very good
Great food, very friendly and attentive service. A little pricy but worth the money
Absolutely amazing , first time there and would definitely go back
The food was amazing, the cocktail was great. Only criticism is that my brioche fell apart as it was drowned in sauce..
Went with my daughter who was flying back to New York for a Fathers Day lunch before her flight. Steak good, loads of excellent fries and Green salad with a nice citrusy dressing. Overall quite impressed. Would not recommend if you don't like steak or lobster!
Cocktails and food amazing. The only thing that let it down was the waitress came and took my partners plate away before I had finish my food. Apart from that I would definitely be going there again when we are next in London
We stayed at the hotel before a flight the following morning. Nice evening meal.
I have always been a huge fan of an original “Surf and Turf”. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion. Many times it ends up in a very small steak but this time I got a great ribeye instead. Lobster could have been a little bigger, but still it was of average size.
Only negative thing was that the french fries served along were cold.
Unfortunately the whole experience wasn’t up to the usual standard. My husband ordered steak and was advised it’s served medium/rare, however my husband asked for medium. I ordered Lobster and requested it to be steamed. When the meal arrived, the steak was tough and rare, my lobster was dry and not tender. I was also surprised you are not given a dish for the lobster shell or a finger bowl which is standard at other restaurants we have eaten at. Not once did a member of staff come to our table to see how the meal was or offer us additional drinks. The only time we managed to get someone attention for the bill, was when they finished serving the table next to us. Such a shame, as have been before (first time having lobster here) and never had an issue, but unfortunately I wouldn’t return after this experience.
Very lovely place however every disappointed with the service I received. Very sorry and poor, staff unfriendly. Issues with parking. Now you have to pay for parking even after paying for your meal. The hotel guy at the front desk who we asked to help with our parking was unhelpful and rude. I will not be returning there
This was a visit for my mum's birthday. The service was faultless. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu and choices available. The food was amazing, we all choose the rib eye steak, which came with salad and unlimited fries. The steak was cooked to our specific requirements and was mouthwateringly scrumptious. I would definitely recommended this restaurant for a special treat. For the quality of food, the prime location and the superb service received I'd say this was in keeping with the prices charged. I will be visiting again, hopefully in the near future.
The services was excellent. The drinks were superb and the seating area was great. Wicked experience and will be thinking about booking another meal very soon. 10/10
The food was amazing and the unlimited fries were addictive. The food came quickly, however we ordered a starter that never arrived. The service was good but there is an automatic 7.5% service charge which I feel is a bit steep just for a table of two who were in and out within an hour.
Convenient restaurant in hotel close to Heathrow. Good food and service ideal for a meal before heading off on holiday.
Lovely food great staff ... great all round will be back here for my fav lobster and lemon salad .. thanks to all staff for being in hand and making our dinner easy and special
Although we were a bit reserved regarding the prices, this restaurant is tastefully integrated into the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel and is a great option after a long day. The restaurant itself is clean, well-presented and spacious - capable of dealing with the larger services times required (the breakfast of the hotel uses this space in the mornings). As for our evening, we dined at 9:30pm, so it was fairly quiet and the noise levels were not too loud. Service was efficient, but we were not served our drinks until halfway through our meals - through no fault of our server, just a lack of communication between bar and staff. However, the food was faultless and the unlimited fries and salad was a welcome bonus. I highly recommend the lobster roll as there was a fantastic amount of lobster meat, which comes out cheaper than a 1lb lobster; with less mess! For dessert, my partner and I had the speciality Mason Jar - a decadent treat that is rich, chocolatey and a great way to round off an evening.
All in all, a great experience. Worth the money, if only for a rare treat.
Food was great, starters were really good (recommend the garlic and Parmesan fries). Lovely service and the decor and ambience were also great. Definitely returning!
After searching the Internet for a restaurant to celebrate a birthday after finding what appears to be a classier higher end steak restaurant, with a dress code of smart casual I would have expected a little more. The majourity in beach wear. On a number of occasions trying to get the staffs attention to order more drinks with no such luck. Ordered extra chips from the “unlimited chips” menu they didn’t arrive until we had finished the rest of the meal. It’s not a restaurant we plan to revisit again.
Took around 15-20 minutes to get served and drinks to the table despite the bar being fairly empty. The steak and lobster was delicious although i wouldn't reccommend the cheesy bites.
Would probably go again at some point. Heard good things about this place so was slightly disappointed but content overall.
Excellent meal on our overnight stay before our holiday.
Food was reasonable but the service was terrible and at times rude
Dined here whilst staying in Sipson for a work event, nice enough restaurant and reasonably busy, service good with staff helpful and friendly. The steak I had was OK, slightly more grisly than I would have liked but cooked as I asked. Prices were not unreasonable for a Heathrow hotel.
The food was surprisingly filling and the bottomless chips and salad was good value for money, especially if you go with family
We love going to this restaurant, The food is fantastic every time. The service is great and the atmosphere also. We recommend to everyone. Please give it a try X
£100 for cold food then pay extra for parking, what a rip off.
This was my first time visiting steak & lobster and the purpose of my visit was to celebrate my birthday. My first impressions of the restaurant as I entered we’re both good and bad to start with the was no member of staff stood by the entrance to greet customers so I was a little unsure on whether I were to seat myself or wait until I was greeted. A few moments later I was greeted my a waiter and was informed to go to the main desk in order to be seated she then walked off without directing me to the desk. Furthermore, once I had been seated I was greeted by a very friendly male waiter who was very bubbly and polite and who took our orders and wished me a happy birthday. Overall the service I received was good as most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the food wasn’t that great and arrived cold which was disappointing considering how much the meal had cost £36 I ordered the surf and turf half lobster and 10oz ribeye steak which comes with fries and green salad the only thing which I enjoyed was my steak everything else wasn’t that great. I then went on to order dessert and ordered the signature mason jar which was AMAZING ! I was then given a complimentary strawberry cheese cake as a gift for my birthday which was very nice. I had also ordered the raspberry and lychee non alcoholic cocktail which tasted great but had way too much ice in it.
Possibly my most disappointing experience ever of Steak & Lobster. The lobster itself was ok. But, in order to place our order, having sat waiting to order for 15 minutes - while the Waitress walked past/within calling distance at least four times - I was forced to walk over to her workstation and ask her to take order..
The accompanying salad was inedible. Steak & Lobster always go heavy on the salad dressing. But in this instance it was so overladen that the salad was literally swimming in it and any taste in the limp drenched leaves was obscured by eye-wateringly sharp / vinegary dressing
Service was almost non-existent: the finger bowl requested about 25% through the meal arrived as was nearing the end of my meal. In order to request the bill, it took both of us standing up after 15mins of attempts to atttact her attention had all failed.
Had she not apologised / acknowledged her poor service, I’d have refused to pay the service charge on the bill.
The food was excellent and all the staff who served us were very attentive!
Service and food were excellent and I eould certainky go again
It is like a canteen, if you want to grab a bite before you travel, it is fine
Lovely bit of food and the server was great :)
Parking issues spoiled the evenings occasion !! After paying £150 for a lovely meal and drinks getting stuck at the barriers for the sake of £4 parking charge cos they couldn’t recognise the number plate spoiled everything !!
Service was poor but food was nice. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks after being sat on a table. Nobody visit to our table during that time and couldn't get hold of any staff. I had to visit the bar to chase up our drinks.
Quality food, nice environment and excellent service
The food was absolutely outstanding. Steak made perfectly. Lobster was delicious. Salad dressing "wow".
I was disappointed because I couldn't order the bottle of wine (only carafe).
More disappointed, we had to pay for car park.....
Service was good. Food was perfect. Thank you.
Upon arrival into the restaurant, the front of house staff member couldn't of looked more disinterested. Her poor attitude and unfriendly nature towards us unfortunately started our evening off poorly. Luckily, the waiter who served us was much better and the food was fantastic. Although expensive, the cocktails were well worth the money too.
Service was excellent, food tasted great. Would eat again.
A grate place with outstanding service but only down fall is the price.
Good food at a good price with unlimited fries and salad.
Unfortunately on this occasion the service was not up to standard. Waited 40 minutes for food order to be taken (and it was Only 5pm and not busy), asked 3 times for water, asked again for refill of fries/salad. Gratuity not paid on this occasion as service wasnt as attentive.
No discount on the car parking either anymore for dining in the venue-disappointed.
Lovely and tasty food lovely service great venue for a meal
