    Restaurant was busy therefore make sure you book. The menu is small but the food very good. The service is great with Callum our waiting working hard to satisfy all our needs whilst some others not so attentive!

    My steak was awfully fatty and was not worth the amount that i paid. My friend asked for medium rare and his steak may ask well of been well done. There was no blood coming out of the steak, it was very poor

    Absolutely disgusting for celiacs the only thing I could eat was a bowl of spinach for starters The waitress very uneducated regarding celiac food Said I coudnt eat nuts Terrible service , the chef should have helped me And very over priced Very disappointed

    The service was okay but abit long, we waited ages for our drinks before we even ordered any food. The food was not nice, my steak was so fatty I couldn’t even eat it, I made the waiter aware when he come to collect the plates and asked if I wanted it changed at this point I said no because we were finished. The value for money was not worth it. If I’m honest we wouldn’t return.

    Great place, great food...but sadly when we visited two families where they felt it ok to allow their young children tk run wild round the restaurant and the restaurant staff did pretty much nothing to stol them, which was disappointing. That said hopefully thats was a one off as a part from that food and service A++

    Lobster was small and tasteless and the steak appeared to be the cheapest of cheap accompanying chips are what would describe as McDonalds.very poor meal but service was ok

    I had booked a room at the hotel for one night and planned to eat in the restaurant. I was travelling from Cardiff and the traffic and weather was very poor. I had booked a table for 9 o’clock but due to the traffic I didn’t think I could make it. I spent an hour trying to get through to the restaurant between 630 and 730 with a message that kept saying That I was in a queue and they will get to me shortly. After an hour, I eventually got through to reception who told me that the phone to the restaurant stopped at 6:30. If that was the case, why wasn’t there an answerphone message saying not to ring the restaurant and redirect me somewhere else. I wasted an hour trying to get through. I was then told that if I didn’t turn up I would have to pay £25 per person for myself and my wife. Bearing in mind I was staying the night in the hotel I thought this was harsh. Luckily the weather and traffic improved and I did eventually get there an hour late and I was able to have a table as the restaurant was nearly empty. Very poor customer service Would not go back again.

    Don’t bother. Over priced and nothing special at all. We had lobster, you get more for your money at the ‘big east’. £40 for lobster and a salad drenched in lemon - nasty and not even served with chips. You get chips or salad , what a disappointed. Even the set menu is a con. Prices have escalated over the years. Service was rubbish too. Save your money for a decent restaurant elsewhere away from the airport extortionate prices. And if you happen to be staying at the hotel - just go to McDonald’s next door. Honestly you won’t leave empty pocketed and disheartened like I am.

    It’s a shame to knock off stars when the food is so good. However, the service which has previously been great was awful. We arrived 20 minutes early so we could have a drink first. We were directed to the bar area and sat for 10 minutes before going to the bar ourselves to get a drink. At our table the waitress acted like she couldn’t wait to go home. We had our drinks from the bar but at no point were we asked if we wanted anything else. Her first words to us were “are you ready to order.” The starters were plonked in front of us and once eaten we were not asked whether we had enjoyed it or whether it was all ok. Same with the main course. It’s a shame because the food is excellent, but suddenly the service has gone downhill. Don’t think we will return.

    Good was ok, had a bad stomach ache after. Service could’ve been better. Asked if we wanted sauces, we said yes, didn’t get any. Ordered water, didn’t come until we asked. Ordered dessert and it never came.

    The server was very confused, there were 9 of us and think she was overwhelmed. We we're not happy when placed our orders, we asked for our beef to be well to medium, seems that was ignored, it was medium when we pointed out it was not what we asked for we were told that's how it comes, one guested asked for theirs to be well done the sever insisted that he should have it medium but fortunately he insisted that it was well done, the food came for all but one of the adults but the childs order was the last one to be severed and we had to chase it up. We all ordered from the set menu which was priced at £29 but we were charged £31.75 before gratuity. Unfortunate we were disappointed and our experience was not great.

    Lots of trouble booking it on the phone, then turned out set menu has a different price if you book online, and on the end despite me asking the waitress to double check the bill, I still got overcharged

This was probably because we have had technical issues with our booking system and telephone. As for the promotional set menu, they have particular time periods in which those could be used and can only be booked online. We do have an alternative one that can be used at all times which was likely the one that was given to you. Lastly, if you ordered our 1lb lobster as part of your meal, there is a supplementary £8 added, which is also mentioned on the menu. This must be why you thought you were overcharged.     Not a good experience, over priced and small portion especially the lobster the one main thing 95% of people go for. Watch out as you will order food and it won't arrive but they will still attempt at charging you for it. Lobster size is embarrassing especially if you take a date or anyone here, you get bigger prawns than what they consider a 1lb lobster. Waitresses forgot requests within seconds of requesting so you have to keep on top of them and continually make the same request until its actioned. If you want quality steak and lobster this is not the place to get it

    The food was delicious and came out nice and hot. Staff were friendly however we felt a little rushed to order finish and leave. On my booking I did request a table with enough space for a pram as we had a 2 month old baby, this was not applied as the pram was in the way for other customers and we had to keep apologising and moving the pram to give them space Overall a pleasant experience

    Typical Airport Hotel Restsurant. £32 for A fillet steak served only with some cheap fries and nothing else. No bread served. Although Steak was cooked to my taste the presentation and cost let it down. Would not eat here again its not good value.

    We booked the set menu but wanted one person in our party to have the more expensive a la carter. We were told this was not possible as the whole table had to have the same menu. What a joke. So we went with the a la carte. The food was fine but nothing special. There are far better steak restaurants in London.

    Food was amazing but we were sitting very close to someone watching programmes on his phone very loudly so he could hear it over the music and disappointed staff didn’t ask if we were araying at the hotel so we forgot to use our Radisson Bku discount

    Not great service overall tbh. The waiter couldn't understand that if I wanted the fillet steak and salad that I would prefer the salad on the side so I could enjoy a pepper sauce. I didn't really want salad... would have preferred a garnish such as a tomato or mushroom but that wasnt an option. Ended up with fillet steak and chips with not an ounce of garnish. Basic and Lacked effort.

    Good overpriced, presentation poor for the price of meal, poor selection of starters and desserts, I’m diabetic so nothing there for me. Very busy more due to a captive clientele than standard of food and ambience. The servers ‘uniform’ of denim shirt and black trousers completely incompatible with the surroundings, looked scruffy not giving an impression of hotel dining. Been eating here for a few years now, and it has really gone downhill with the prices skyrocketing. I’m going to go down the road to McDonalds next time I stay, better food, better price point and no pretensions. Awful experience

    From the time we arrived the customer service was exceptional. Every single staff member gave 100%, from the maitre d’ to the bar staff. The food was amazing, we had lobster and surf and turf. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a dish with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with some sweet treats. Adorable! We should’ve asked the waiter’ name, he was so attentive and nothing was too much bother. Even my trip to the bathroom was a pleasure, Christina kindly escorted me and she was utterly delightful, so warm and cheerful. The decor in the bathroom was sheer luxury. Next time we will certainly stay overnight. Thank you for a memorable anniversary evening!
