Honestly impressed to have a restaurant surpassed my expectations! Somehow Strega in the North and has done it again. Gianni our server was such a delightful person to chat with, and had an excellent recommendation for a tiramisu dessert. Don’t tell my mother but it was better than her homemade Flan. As for the bartender Kenzie even with a mask on we could tell she was smiling with her eyes! This establishment is always impeccable, down to the fresh cut roses on the dinner table. Highly recommended.

Brunch was incredible! We ordered and split a number of things and every item was delicious, down to the fruit plate, but the avocado toast was my favorite. All of the beverages were great as well. The presentation of everything was fun and elegant. Perfect for a girls brunch or if you're trying to impress someone!

Strega has been a staple in our Boston visits for years and it never disappoints! Our favorite North End restaurant by far!

The sauce over homemade lasagna is one of the best on Hanover Street. The confit chicken was crispy and not dry. Indulge yourself with the meatball appetizer, you won't regret it.

Our 6 year anniversary, brought us Prosecco to our table to celebrate. Very kind and made for a special evening!

Less than 3 feet away from next table. Table dividers only separated tables. My husband and I could have reached the people next to us. Less than an arms length away.

Strega has awesome food and drinks, great service, and a cool setting. Overall 5 star experience, great for a double date.

I had a 7:15 reservation for indoor dining. My party arrived at 7:10. We waited for approximately a half an hour before being seated, and that was after I inquired twice about our table's status. We were finally seated just prior to 7:45 and were seated outside because I mentioned to the hostess that we'd be willing to do so. We ended up being seated outside, right next to a sidewalk where a homeless man was sitting (and stayed for the duration of our meal). I understand that the restaurant cannot control this but, unfortunately, it did affect our overall experience. Our meal was okay, and service good, but given the overall experience, especially not honoring our reservation at the designated time, I will not be returning.

Great food and service

The food is phenomenal. The service is even better. This is by far my favorite restaurant in the North End.

The food is really amazing here but our server didn't really understand how to wear a mask. She was nice but a mask is supposed to be worn over your nose and mouth. I would recommend but be wary of your server.
