I think this is about as good a Thai meal outside Thailand I’ve ever had. Staff are all Thai and so are chefs. Perfect every time
I have been to Thai Square numerous times in the past and found the food and service really good - this time however just shoddy. Prawns rubbery, curry insipid, duck dry, rice old and more like mash! Waiter practically threw the food at us. I know time are hard due to Covid - but this was unacceptable and I will never go back to a Thai Square again.
I felt as though the portions were smaller than prior to Lockdown and Covid having its impact, similarly the service was slower. I'm a big fan of Thai Square so I still give it 4 Stars.
We was not made aware that we had to order our food online while sat at the table due to COVID restrictions but a very nice waitress provided us with paper menus and the service was quick and very friendly

It was my partners birthday... I did email via open table to the restaurant asking if they could present my partner with a bunch of flowers and maybe a small birthday cake, and to put the cost on top of the final bill. Neither happened and nothing was said.
We left! Not at all inviting, no ambiance. Felt as if we were in McDonald's. Didn't order food, but when looking at the menu, nothing excited us.
Enjoyed. Lovely staff and great food. Would go again.

Nice food, great service, but was very noisy environment
Loved the restaurant and the food. Staff were very pleasant but it all felt a bit rushed. Literally a couple of minutes between courses. We had 3 courses and where not even there an hour

My friend and I have always enjoyed eating at Thai Square, the staff a very attentive! However on this occasion where we always have the same set meal, we both found the Pad Thai quit sweet and we couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients in the dish. The rest of the menu we tasted was as usual, Excellent!

Four of us went to Thai Square for a birthday meal. I always have the same dish (Penang curry) when I go somewhere new and it didn’t disappoint! Great food, great service and lovely decor. Would definitely recommend!
Enjoyable Thai meal, Chicken Satay was nice as were the butterfly prawns with sweet chilli sauce. Main course of Chicken Massuman was very liquid and very mild. My partner had the sea bass and they happily reduced the spice and it was very tasty.
Desserts were mixed my Funky tart was boring and my partner’s Mango tart was enjoyable. Quite pricy would not rush back.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoyed the Kor Moo Yang. Prompt service. Would recommend.
Good as always, Thai sqaure is good food at great value, service is always quick and efficient. The best thing is, with Thai Square, they are consistently good, unlike the Giggling Squid next door which can be a bit variable!
