Our third visit, but sadly our worst experience. Food was below the quality we have had before and the we found the service a tad less personal. We understand however, this has been a difficult year for the hospitality industry.
Excellent food yet again , superb well kept beer and cheery hosts .

Went for Sunday lunch at the weekend. Fair to say the owner and the staff are all delightful and very accommodating. We were seated in the main restaurant by the Christmas tree which was a gorgeous and spacious table. We went for starters and the trio of meats and there was more than enough food which all tasted divine! I have dined here multiple times and I am never disappointment. Would completely recommend it to anyone in the area!

We had the Sunday roast, choosing roast beef. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the beef was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth!

The Black Horse is the best place for Sunday Lunch. The meat is plentyful and beautifully cooked and the vegatables are really great and something to suit every taste. Yorkshire puddings light and fluffy and great gravy. Its safe to say we love it here!
