The Blues Kitchen - Camden
way too noisy. food wasn't great. was rushed out of the place
The food was delicious and portions copious. I felt I was in a real American diner. I've already booked to go again and it will definitely be one of my regular go-to restaurants ,especially if I am feeling carnivorous.
10/10! Great atmosphere and beautiful environment. The service was sweet and food was so delicious!!! Couldn’t fault a thing.
Tried the ox cheek nuggets, squid, jumbo brisket and everything tasted SO nice! Wow
P.s if you like rum, hurricane cocktail is A1 🔥😍
Lovely food and drinks! The chips were awesome and the staff very friendly and patient! Gluten free options available as well as gluten free buns for the burgers! Would definitely recommend!
Had a great experience when bringing my other half out for his birthday treat. The music was great, and the food even better. We had an amazing server who attended to our every need. Thank you for a brilliant experience!
Great meal. Really cool place, nice staff, not the cheapest but the food was amazing so it was definitely worth it!
I had a really good time music live was amazing , food so good and 5 star service by Kim , looking forward to come back
Always great food and service at Blues Kitchen Camden.
Food was okay. Not as good as I thought it would be. But acceptable. The ambiance is energetic and the is good music. We went on a Saturday 5pm, so there was a time limit for our meal. We were told to leave our table for another booking before we were ready. I would visit this place again to experience the music from the bands etc. But probably won't have the food again. I can make better soul food at home.
Great meal and service, went on a busy Friday night and ended up moving to the dance floor after we were done eating!
We ordered too much food. So much so we deliberately waited nearly an hour to have our main courses. The waiting staff were very sweet and understanding about that, which was appreciated. I love the music and lively atmosphere at Blue’s Kitchen. It is loud though. If you’re going for dinner, you just need to know it’s about more than the food, it’s an experience.....
Great food, lovely waiter and quick service. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommend
Lovely place with great food and massive range of drinks.
It was absolutely brilliant!
The staff were very attentive and the recommendation for chili in Tommy’s margarita was on point!
Great service. Needs to have more fish/vegetarian options though. Earlier music start times would be great too
1st visit and booked table and bought tickets to the gig - we asked about the music and our excellent waitress Helena asked if we’d got tickets by mistake as the table booking included the gig. She immediately offered to go to the manager and refund them. Throughout the meal service was attentive and very good and the food and drinks were great. At the end - the manger came over and apologised for the confusion and confirmed discounts. It was a great experience, busy, good music and food. Fun night out made excellent by the staff - we’ll done!
The waiter are so nice there and the Food was delicious.
Amazing service, good value for money, friendly staff. Will be back!
Great night with great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the clientele was relaxed and everyone was having a great time. Big shout out to Faiz who made all my group feel welcome, and to Hugo - the Portuguese waiter.
Venue - Food -Staff all amazing, for that good vibe, please visit you won’t be disappointed.
Food & Cocktails Deliciousssss
We had a great night. The music, the food, the drinks, the service were all fantastic.
Had a mixed time visiting The Blues Kitchen after a recommendation from a friend.
The calamari was bland and the chicken wings were that salty you couldn't eat more than one.
On the other hand though, the mains were spot on
Had a fabulous meal at The Blues Kitchen. There were 3 of us and we had the sharing platter to start which was massive - I was glad I’d ordered a salad for mains! All the meat on the platter was delicious - each of us had a different favourite. Only downside was the service was slow - they had a party in and were a person down in the kitchen. Waiting staff were apologetic but it wasn’t their fault and I wouldn’t let that put me off going again.
Staff friendly and very helpful
Good atmosphere and tasty food, however, service lacking - brought red wine when I had ordered white (then took ages to bring the correct wine), brought starter at the same time as main even though we'd requested the starter first and didn't put the salad dressing on the side as requested. It was a shame as there were lots of staff working!
Excellent food and music. Service at the table was very attentive and the staff are very friendly. Didn’t wait long for the food, which was delicious. I will be going back 😀
Great food... ok DJ and set. Services was brilliant :-)
Great place to relax and eat a good meal. Only reason I didn’t give five stars was I felt rushed and I ordered Mac and cheese with meal but didn’t get it but also didn’t get charged for it. Overall good experience.
Staff especially brilliant. Didn't realise tho to see music we had to get up to the front but will know next time. Love Etta and Dr John on the toilet doors 💙💙💙
I've been here before and love the place.. I brought my colleagues for dinner on Monday evening, telling them that it was a lively place - even on a Monday night. We weren't disappointed, the atmosphere was great and the food excellent - if a tad spicy.
Thanks to the attentive staff for the service and the great chefs for the food.
Great place - will be back soon
Not for Brunch . It was expensive and i dont normally complain about food but our poached eggs were hardboiled. And at 21£ each! It wasnt cheap for a small portions.
Disappointed. We come down to Camden 2-3 times a year. This is our go-to place. We've taken friends with us, (as we did this time), and recommended it to many people.
Why oh why do restaurants find a winning formula, a niche market etc, then change it for no apparent reason.
You used to be able to choose 3 meats from 4. The sever said they changed this as food was being wasted.
I'd say thats my choice, I paid for it. There is plenty of homeless in doorways close by that would readily except a free meal.
The beef rib, now larger, was extremely fatty.
The portion size of the burnt ends was poor.
The Brisket though, was top drawer, excellent.
Really nice place to chill out, have a bit of food and drink.
Good Vibs, a tad on the pricey side. But overall 4 out of 5.
Very good restaurant me and my guest really enjoyed the food the cocktails and the music we have both already recommended to our friends as a must go place thanks for the great night 👍
Food was great and decent portions.
Staff were attentive and very friendly.
Cocktails were tasty too.
Always great food. It was also £5 cocktail night which was fabulous as we tried new cocktails.
Lovely food. We had brisket and burnt ends and the ribs and chicken wings combo. Everything was delicious. It was lively and the staff were very helpful.
The staff at blues kitchen were incredibly nice to us and treated us really well! When we finished our meal they made sure we had a table reserved for us in the bar area. They also checked we were ok/ comfortable when some guys approached us. Really went above and beyond for no particular reason! And obviously the bands were a lot of fun and food was yummy.
At booking time we were not told about the 24 hour blues festival. We had to queue to get in as door staff were asking £5 per person which after queuing we were informed we did not need to pay (but wasted 20 minutes). It was very noisy inside but the food was excellent. Our server was good but made a mistake with our order
