The Boot Room Sports Cafe – Anfield
A freshly prepared menu includes favourites including steaks, burgers, stone-baked pizzas and pasta dishes. Youngsters are catered for with a special Mini Boot Room menu, signature fruit cocktails and are invited to make their own pizzas and have them cooked by our Boot Room Chef's. They can also use the popular ice cream machine in the specially-designed kids’ area.
Me and my family have been here many times, and each time the food has been delicious, staff very polite and helpful and atmosphere lovely! My two boys love it too
Great food and much better value for money than I expected. The portions are a good size and the food is good quality.
We've dined several times at the Boot Room.
This trip was nothing out of the ordinary to what we expected.
The staff were friendly and full of knowledge regarding the menu.
They were polite and fun with the children.
They were quick with the food and drinks and nothing was too much trouble for them.
An amazing experience as always.
Will be back again on our next trip. :)
Nice staff. Decent food, would recommend. Steak was cooked well, bit too much pepper on it but was all around a good meal. Great moktails
Very enjoyable experience. The food and service were both great.
Good food and great atmosphere! Staff not particularly friendly to be frank.
I have been before and loved it. This time though we were waiting a while to be served, so much so I had to ask a member of staff would they serve us, there wasn’t 2 of the dishes available that we wanted which spoilt my sons birthday meal, and the temperature of some of the food was not very hot.
This really was an awful experience, food wise.. . We all had burgers, with some variations - and we were all terribly disappointed. The meat was poorly cooked; dry, badly seasoned and not at all good tasting. The fries had a mysterious after taste.. and not the good kind of mystery. This place should have everything going for it.. with its location and its facilitation with Liverpool FC... BUT, it is still a restaurant.. something they should take more seriously.
The Boot Room is a nice restaurant but my food was luke warm at best, and my kids nuggets over cooked, the staff are friendly and helpful, the set up could be better, I was fortunate to be in a booth but the table setup in the centre seems very crowded and I don't think I'd enjoy sitting there. It's a shame there is not more memorabillia around the restaurant, I know the museum is next door but I just think people should not have to pay for a museum tour to see some great historical items.
Been here many times but never fails to impress me
1st visit to boot room will definitely go back good choice of food reasonably priced staff very welcoming and friendly very clean nice atmosphere
Lovely experience but food was average. Was expecting nicer.
Food was vile, salty sound, days old soggy coleslaw. Dry burnt chicken. If I hadn’t have paid before hand we would have walked out
Party of 3 had the 2 course package. Very good value & good food. Excellent service from Mandy. Thanks for a enjoyable end to our day at the Lfc tour.
Booked a meal for my sons 10th birthday as we were doing the anfield tour.
Nice welcome from who i presume was the manager. Shown to a lovely booth, which my son was thrilled with. Unfortunately the food wasn't pleasant at all. Our chips were ridiculously crunchy. Came without coleslaw so I asked for coleslaw, which was brought in 2 small pots. Salad and coleslaw was so dry and inedible. My son enjoyed the experience but wouldn't eat here again.
We went on the tour as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday and then had the 2 course meal. The children loved making their pizzas at the table and we thoroughly enjoyed ours and it was excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again!
Reservation was for my 83 year old husbands birthday, staff were superb - showing him the LFC European cups, giving him a birthday present and then a birthday cake at the end of lunch.
The Manager Craig was extremely helpful and waiter Brandon courteous and attentive.
The whole experience was memorable and a wonderful advert for LFC
Food lovely yet again and service excellent as always
Took our grandsons aged 5 and 7 for the first time and they were amazed. They loved it. Being in a booth was good because it was private. Excellent staff nothing too much trouble. Good time and we were able to keep the boys interested with trophies and shirts around the room.
It is a very nice place to eat especially when they are showing LFC match, brilliant place to eat and watch match. Nice and relaxed and very friendly people who work there. Food was good and not too expensive. I had fish and chips which was delicious my husband had cannelloni which he enjoyed. Service was good and not too long to wait for delivery. Not the first time we have been and have always enjoyed it when we have eaten there.
Lovely food, great portions and really friendly/genuine staff. Probably the nicest place to eat in the whole city! Thank you all so much for making my 40th so nice! Tony.
Great friendly service, good size portions and food was excellent.
Free cocktail for the birthday boy. Fantastic food and service for after the tour and museum. Thank you!
Today's lunch at the Boot Room Sports Cafe was absolutely superb. Fantastic atmosphere and the food and drinks were very tasty indeed. With lots to look at around on the walls with photo opportunities for Liverpool fans this place is heaven! Lets not forget the very good service received from the staff.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was very good. Food was delicious too.
Have been here many times and I am never disappointed, highly recommended
Great food in fantastic surroundings with great service, looked after us really well on my sons 10th Birthday. Will definitely visit again
Loved the seating booth with live Sky coverage and the display from the Steven Gerrard Collection. Service was quick and friendly, portion sizes good. Not cheap but good value. Just wish there was a simple cheese sandwich on the menu!
Really really lovely food! I cant remember
a meal when I loved everything on my plate. I'm a slightly fussy eater but they accommodated me no problem. My 5 year old had the spaghetti bolognese from the kids menu and not only were the portions generous, it was as nice has his dads he said. Not only was I surprised by the lovely food the food was, I couldn't believe how reasonable it was, I feel like we robbed them! Thank you and keep up the greatness!
Nice place to be after the visit of Anfield. I pre-book the menu when booking the visit. Choice of dishes is ok and food is good. Waitress was very nice and pro.
The perfect way to end our Anfield Tour and would definiteluy recommend.
Attended hilsborough memorial then had booked in the bootroom. Lovely food and great service as usual
Brandon (Brendan?!) was the most amazing host and was attentive to the table without being intrusive. Food was fresh but quick to arrive and tasty, but way too much pepper in the carbonara that you couldn’t taste anything else. But that was the only fault, great experience!
Nice add on to the Anfield Tour and Museum. I definitely recommend.
Love it in this restaurant . Perfect for any Liverpool fan .
Our waitress Paacale was a joy so helpful and full of info .
Can’t wait to return .
Good atmosphere, food was excellent however, service was on the slow side. A half hour wait with children is too long.
Great food great staff great location Anfield great atmosphere
A good meal with a friend not from Liverpool. Been several times before
Booked a surprise for my dads 70th followed by a stadium tour. Everything was fantastic - food, service, atmosphere. Even had a drink for my dad on the house. Brilliant
