The menu was far smaller than it used to be, very cold wind blows all the way through on the exterior lounge, they need a wind deflector. Too cold to really enjoy. Excellent service as always.

I booked this establishment for cocktails on the terrace. On arrival we were told that it is a £30 minimum per person to be seated in this area, which was already stated on booking and was no problem. While other patrons seemed to be tended to regularly, we were not. We waited a long time to order our drinks and once the glasses were empty it seemed we had been forgotten. The drinks were faultless and the terrace was beautiful although, the service left us feeling disappointed.

Have been here before we went into lockdown etc for international womens day and it made a very good impression on us. The food back then was not impressive but the atmosphere, drinks and music were perfect. When I went this time I also loved the food, dessert, the drinks and being able to catch up with friends. I would recommend it for a date night, girls night or a chill night out with friends or family that are the sort of people who like places like this one which is a bit more intimate.

This is my favourite cigar bar in London, I have been coming here since 2015! The service is first class, super attentive hosts who go out of their way to ensure that you’re happy. Came here for a cigar and whiskey dates, it was not busy for a Saturday night so there were no long waits for drinks and cigars. It’s good to see that the Churchill has not changed it’s high standards after all these years.

Food was extremely late. Place was full of smoking we couldn’t stay. Waiter was nice to offer thr food as complimentary after the delay so i’ll give him a good point for that. Other than that, not stepping in that place again

Our booking was for the outside terrace only so didn't eat in he hotel. Our first experience of the outside terrace was as good as we had hoped for. Staff were efficient and friendly, the atmosphere was great and they had a really nice selection of cigars - will most certainly be back.

We went to the Churchill Bar for cocktails before going on to eat elsewhere. The cocktails were excellent, really helpful, friendly staff and a pleasant background ambience. Worth noting we originally booked a terrace table online, because the standard (indoor) tables were 'not available' (which I incorrectly assumed meant they were all fully booked.) When we arrived, the Terrace turned about to the 'Cigar terrace' and the outdoor heaters above the tables giving minimal heat. As non-smokers, we asked to be moved to an indoor table, and as there was plenty of space indoors this was easily agreed to, (but I'm not quite sure why I couldn't book this online initially?). We had a fantastic start to our evening as a family, hence the 5 stars, but I think the Cigar nature of the Terrace could be made clearer on the website, to avoid having to move tables.

The floor manageress was excellent and kept the bar running smoothly and efficiently. The bar staff were polite and attentive and made a regular effort to refill glasses and check everything was okay. A very enjoyable experience.

I was looking for somewhere for 6 like minded individuals to meet, eat, chew the cud and smoke a cigar or two, and looking at various lounges and bars in central London came across The Churchill Bar, and I'm glad I did. The food was excellent, as was the choice of drinks. The service faultless and attentive. We will certainly make another trip to The Churchill Bar again and look forward to a similar experience.

Great ambience and service, with an extensive menu. We ordered some drinks off menu which the bar staff were happy to accommodate. The only downfall I would say is that we were given olives to our table and then had them taken away midway our drinks with no explanation at all.
