My favorite brunch spot in DC. Amazing decor, great service, an ever-changing menu and to die for cocktails. 10/10.

First time going. Parking is challenging and we live in DC! Next time we will Uber. We had 6:15 reservations and did not have to wait even though the restaurant had a good number of patrons already and both bars were packed. Jasmine was our waitress and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and spot on with attentiveness! She was personable and took very good care of us. Two of us had the Steak Frites and third person had the Catfish. All entrees were delicious and prepared well. For appetizers we had the fondue which did not disappoint and was the perfect shareable! Margaritas and Martinis were made to perfection and our bottle French Red Shiraz was perfect! Desert was the chocolate option and coffees were the best way to go into what was our first chilly Fall night in DC. Definitely will return and definitely recommend! Bravo and good luck to The Fainting Goat!

The unlimited mimosas keep coming steadily. They follow their time limits pretty closely but are up front about it when you sit down (2 hours). It was a little slow getting our server to take the order but otherwise was great service and experience.

We dined there before attending The Lincoln Theatre. It turned out to be a perfect choice. We loved the cheese fondue. Nothing like the traditional style. The fennel radish salad also included arugula with a lite vinaigrette. Very nice house red and white wine at happy hour price of $5.

The service was wonderful but the food was poor. “Broccoli dip” was broccoli rabe with green hummus and pita bread. The cheese plate was very underwhelming. The steak and frites was very overpriced for the quality. The steak was over cooked and the meat was low quality. Fries were delicious!

Our waitress was terrible. At one point we didn't see her for over half an hour and the restaurant was not that busy. Another waitress filled our drinks twice and found our waitress to let her know we wanted the checks.

As for the food, we enjoyed the goat cheese fondue and Benedicts. The pancakes with apples were bland and dry--really disappointed with those.

Not sure what happened, but the bottomless mimosas took a nosedive. I’ve been bringing friends here forever for brunch. The mimosas used to be bubbly and fresh. The mango/orange/white cranberry actually tasted like real juice, and the champagne was freshly poured. They seemed to have moved to a carafe model, which means that the champagne was often flat. I’m not sure what juice they moved to, but it was tasteless and a bit bitter. The price increased, but the quality decreased. Sad day. The food was still great, and the service was on point.

Hi there, So sorry that we let you down on this past visit. Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. I am so sorry if the prosecco we provided you was not as bubbly as it should have been. You deserve much better. We are still using the same juices as always so I suspect that the flatness of the prosecco is what disappointed your pallet. I will be sure to coach our team on not allowing these to get flat before service. Apologies, Patrick

Small limited menu and ran out of the one thing I wanted to try, very disappointing. Instead ordered the grilled octopus which was a little tough and not hot, served over a cold purée which potato chips. A little strange. My husbands pasta with goat was good. However, not overly impressed.

We were visiting DC and decided to go to brunch. We arrived for our scheduled brunch at 2:30pm and was promptly seated. We decided to get the 2 hour bottomless brunch. We noticed that they were a little slow with the refills but that didn’t bother us much cause we were having such great conversation. We then asked for another around 4pm and were advised no more alcohol can be served. Obviously we were confused and it must be some sort of state law. I called over a manager and he gave an excuse that we knew because it’s in the email conversation. I looked and it wasn’t. We were highly disappointed and this left a bad taste for us. How are they offering 2 hour bottomless brunch but no for the full 2 hours. The server could have easily said at the beginning that all drinks stop at 4pm. That way we could have made an informed decision.

We were not impressed at all. The menu was small and did’t have any special items. I asked what’s special to order and hamburger was suggested which was just marginal. The restaurant wasn’t packed (for a Friday evening) yet the service was extremely slow and not attentive and the bathrooms were very dirty (toilette paper and water everywhere).

Mediocre food, but pricey for what it is worth. You could go somewhere else for unlimited food & bottomless for the same price or cheaper. Service was okay, but for bottomless I think it would have been nicer to get more drinks instead of an average for 3 in the party. Service was slow, but to be fair there were only two servers in the area that we were sitting in.

Food was average, service was great. Don't know if we'd go back for round two. I personally felt that everything was just a a few bucks more than it should have been and the "quality" of the food wasn't great. Example: Duck Wings, came out warm but had a cold "ketchup" on top. Burger was tasty but not cooked to order. Fries were amazing.

Its a toss up, might be a good spot to go if you're on a first date.
