BEHIND EVERY GREAT SEAFOOD RESTAURANT IS A WAREHOUSE STOCKED WITH FRESH SEAFOOD.
The Fishery Restaurant & Market is located just a few blocks from the ocean in North Pacific Beach.
The restaurant menu reflects ‘coastal cuisine’ with a simple yet serious focus on the best our coastal fisheries and local farms have to offer. The passion that drives Chef Mike Reidy is evidenced by flavors that can only be achieved using ingredients at their peak of seasonality and freshness.
The Fishery was awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence for its Wine List from Wine Spectator in 2018- Present. Our wine list is inspired by the great wines of Europe and their American counterparts and we strive to showcase real, natural, food friendly-wines with a sense of place.

I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this place for so long! It was amazing from stepping into the door, the food, the service and the dessert. Yum!!!

The fishery was an awesome experience. The food was amazing. Our server was great and the atmosphere was very nice. We had Drinks, appetizers, and entrées. Everything was amazing!

We visit the San Diego beach area every September, from Arizona. We always dine at The Fishery at least once. The food is superb and the service is friendly. Wouldn’t miss this, ever.

Lovely dinner on the patio, very quiet and private. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable, responsive, friendly. Food was awesome. We will be back!

Our server Mark was exceptional. He helped me navigate the menu with my food allergies with confidence and every single dish was so flavorful and fresh. What a lovely dining experience! Super tasty drinks as well. Will be back.

The Fishery is so great on every level my partner and I travel from Northern CA just to have dinner here. The attention to detail is found in every part of this restaurant. To the back of the house, all the way to the front you can feel the effort put into the food and drinks, as well as getting you to your table. Having dinner in the house is a lovely experience but do yourself a favor and sit at the bar. Stephen, Shay, X and the rest of the team are wonderful human beings who make AMAZING drinks. As far as food, you honestly can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I know this doesn't help but it really is true. Please listen to the specials and venture out from what you're use to ordering.
