Had Sunday lunch there with two friends before going to BST in Hyde Park. Excellent welcome from staff. The starters (we had two to share between four of us) were excellent - probably the best squid I've had!! The main courses were plentiful and well cooked. However, my friend asked for her venison to be pink and it arrived very grey - mine was just right and pink. Table service was a bit on the slow side and it took a while to attract attention. We ordered a bottle and then a carafe of Malbec (as usual) only to discover that the wine in the carafe had a tremendous amount of sediment in the bottom which was not good. When we got the bill the price of the carafe was removed without any problem. However, when the revised bill was delivered we were given what could only be described as a 'lecture' on Argentinian Malbec and that this was normal. I beg to differ, particularly when the initial bottle we had was fine. It just left a sour note at the end of our visit. Overall though it was a good lunch and I would recommend others to go there as long as they stay clear of the Malbec!

We had the mushroom burger with cashew sauce and was excellent veggie option. Also the truffle fries are an absolute winner.

Very tasty, well-prepared food in a pub with nice atmosphere (buzzy, but not too noisy). The service was excellent - the manager and every member of staff were friendly and helpful. We had a group of 6 that spanned from 10 to 60 years of age. All were happy with the various starters and mains we ordered off the a la carte menu and would be happy to go again.

The hamburger which was supposed to be medium rare came out the first time between raw and rare. The lamb pie had very few vegetables and very little lamb. The lamb was outnumbered by the fat. Service was good and attentive.

Gastropub menu. Had the homemade chicken pie which was delicious. Service is quick and efficient. Was surprisingly quiet for lunchtime - has been much busier when I'd visited previously.

The food was delicious but unfortunately it was really let down by the service. We had to approach the team members to ask for things every time including menus.

Booked this restaurant for a family birthday meal. It is perfectly located in central London. The dining room upstairs was a perfect blend of warmth and charm. The staff were very attentive and relaxed. Great not to be rushed. The food matches the ambience and everything we ate was delicious. Would highly recommend.

A vibrant & lively atmosphere in the heart of Marylebone. Food was exceptional and service friendly, calm and more than efficient.

If any quibbles, it would be that on arrival looking for a friend / our table, 3 or maybe 4 staff walked by without offering any assistance... despite it being obvious i wasn't sure where o should go...

Plus noise level + music meant conversation across the table was a mild strain... but these are observations over complaints and minor ones at that!

The Manager in charge of the floor was just delightful, she was very smiley and lovely start to finish! Can't wait to return!

Food was good. Service a little slow. I wanted fries/chips with my hake instead of cabbage. The chef refused and gave me broccoli instead. I wasn’t even asked if broccoli was ok! Don’t think that impressed me at all!!
