   Lovely service prior to arrival (large booking so was in contact to pre-order, deal with dietary requirements etc) and during the meal. Large bookings can always be tricky but the service on the day was exceptional and definitely order the kimchi chicken burger, it was delicious!

   This was our first visit. From the moment we arrived to us departing. We was made welcome. Staff are very attentive and are there. I changed my lunch to accommodate my diet, the kitchen are very accommodating. We found a spot in the sun, total sun trap. We will definitely return. Thank you

   Absolutely cracking meal As usual ordered two courses not had before Starter- Rabbit and black pudding scotch egg, summer peas Main - Homily pie, hospice cabbage, smoked cheddar sauce Both delicious and very tasty Well done to the chef and the girls serving so polite and informative when asked questions.

   Excellent service. My guest and I both had the roast pork - moist, tender and tasty. The Greene Oak is back on form! They fondly provided the extra crackling I requested. I’ll be delighted to return.

   Warm, friendly service. My pork chop was slightly dry and over-cooked. The asparagus spears and poached egg were perfect. My guest enjoyed their burger. I’ve never had an issue with the food here before, so I’ll come back to try another dish.

   It was easy to book and amend our booking, the food was delicious and service was excellent. The only query I would have was that as we visit regularly, it would be nice to have daily specials as we have eaten a lot of the menu. Otherwise faultless.

    This was our 2nd visit. A friends catch up half way between our homes. Well worth the 1 hour drive for a fab lunch and chat. The service was great and friendly. The food was great quality too and very tasty. Easy parking and great value. Will definitely be back.
