Very good service on the first day of opening since lock down. Super organised and felt very safe and clean.
All staff very welcoming. A lovely ambiance & excellent service. Food very good but portion size on the small side, although beautifully presented. Fine for us group of girls but not sure there is enough to satisfy hungry men.
Super lovely as always! Delicious food and atmosphere and can’t wait to come back!
great atmosphere, broad excellent menu, good service always, buzzy
Good food and service overall however the tuna starter was quite watery (sauce) and the fish and chips (main) a tad too greasy vs. the version I had at Covent Garden Market Grill recently. Nonetheless, a lovely setting.
Food and service was very good. It was quite noisy to be honest
This was my first visit to an Ivy Cafe. Based on this first experience I won't hesitate to visit again
Food was of a good standard, but service was slow. But to be fair it was quite busy.
Excellent as ever, and great value considering the quality of the food.
Outstanding food and service. Thoroughly enjoyed a Sunday brunch. Thank you Team Ivy Cafe.
Booked a last minute late booking . Always great food and device
We enjoyed our evening celebrating my birthday , the portions on the shepherds pie were small - the American lady on the table next to us was so loud couldn't wait to get out of the restaurant.
Food excellent, staff engaging and helpful. Nice spot in Marylebone.
My visit to Ivy Café - Marylebone was as always excellent but it seemed particularly noisy on the day we visited. I will avoid early weekend lunch there when I'm with company in the future.
Excellent service and extremely friendly front of house. We couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Excellent food and they also catered for our specific dietary requirements. I can’t wait to go back.
From being greeted warmly at the door to the food, the cocktails, the service - just a lovely, relaxing and fabulous evening out. Thank you!
First time visiting London, was recommended by a friend. Great food. Great service. Great price. Would recommend to anyone visiting London
Glad I'd booked as we had a very good table. My only criticism was the food came very quickly when we'd asked if it could be a bit slower from the nibbles to the main course. Otherwise we would go back!
Love all the Ivys and this one has a lovely intimate feel. Food as always was delightful although cheese board disappointing. Service was erratic; lovely but hard to get attention at points.
Great atmosphere and friendly service.
I felt I was in Paris without the brash waiters. A fun night.
Best customer service and food around!! We love the Ivy as it’s always an excellent experience.
Very helpful and attentive staff. I had the eggs and toast and it was delicious.
Despite a poor meal the local staff immediately dealt with our concerns.
Hopeful of a better experience next time
The main one in Covent Garden is brilliant! This one is REALLY poor. Expensive menu, food was below average - tiny scallops and fatty lamb. The decor feels like it is in the middle of a refurb. Not good!
Nice welcome; easy passage to table; adequate space around, friendly table service, nice broad menu, food came quickly, well presented and tasty. Thanks.
Chips cold, and still charged!
pork dry and overcooked!
and felt rushed to order.
I've never been to the cafe Ivy only the main restaurants, I wouldn't go if you're expecting the same service.
The menus are the same as restaurants/cafes same prices also
They are always so happy to help. Jean-François is a legend. True hospitality. Always makes our special occasions extra special.
Small. Crowded and sat on a table next to bar. With people in and out with plates and drinks. Very I relaxing experience. Service average.
Excellent grub and perfect post concert. Polite service. Sets a high benchmark
Good variety and consistent standard. Never fails.
From the moment we walked in the staff were professional and knowledgeable. The service was excellent and the food mouth watering! Would definitely go back......
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.....already planned my next visit. Can’t wait 😊😊😊😊
We had a great lunch in lively surroundings the food was good and its wasn't an expensive meal
Service was excellent and food was delicious. Our mains arrived a little slow but apart from that I would highly recommend this brunch spot.
We had breakfast
Toast and as cold
2nd attempt was also cold
Breakfast itself was very poor
Everything and everyone 10/10
The man on the front desk is the best in Marylebone
Consistently good food
Very expensive. Average food. Poor table service (good welcome).
A lovely evening, the food was very good. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. Both my wife and I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you all.
The maitre de was lovely - really started the evening off well. The food and drink was nice and it was a great vibe
