Great service as to be expected from the ivy, food was excellent and drinks were delicious
The staff are excellent, thoughtful and attentive especially the manager. The food is well presented and good quality and the general ambience on a Friday, early evening was just right
Always excellent. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and the service is first rate. The food is totally dependable with a menu to suit everyone.
This is our second time visiting the Ivy Cafe. It was excellent the first time and again this time. We were promptly seated even though we arrived early. The food order was taken in a timely manner and everything was served perfectly. The waitress was very good I never felt I was looking around for someone if I needed anything. Was it worth the price? I think so good food and service are important to me so it was very much worth it.
Every course was excellent. Beautiful restaurant - makes you imagine what London may have been like in the 1920s. Sophisticated but understated.
Booked a table at The Ivy, Marylebone, as part of my son's Gold DofE celebrations. The online booking process was quick and easy to use, with good communication prior to the event. The restaurant is in a lovely area that has a great village feel to it. The menu had a great selection of different foods to choose from, and our choices didn't disappoint. Having previously been to the one in Birmingham, I knew what to expect. My husband and son were very impressed, and it made it a very special meal. Only downside was that we were sat next to the till which wasn't ideal as there was a constant buzz of waiters and waitresses around our table.
Lovely and relaxed evening with my wife of 12 years. Service was spot on, the food delicious and good value for money. Look forward to more outings at the Ivy Cafe.
you can eat light, healthy or pig out.
Everyone is catered for
Just lovely !!! I shall be there again hopefully soon.
Been there dozens of time. Not sure what was wrong yesterday. Service was very poor, very slow. New staff maybe?
Food was disappointing and service poor.
not the standard we expect from the IVy
Breakfast here was a delight. A far cry from the Ivy Cafe St. John's Wood where I am left disappointed everytime. The staff here are fantastic and welcoming without exception. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole experience is great. There were also a good mix of interesting people, along with extremely well behaved small children who were a joy. All in all I will be back again soon and will serve St Johns Wood in future!
We have visited a few times and always are well looked after. The ambience is great, not too big so space around the tables. The food is delicious... I highly recommend the duck salad and the blackened cod.
Really enjoyed it, one server was a bit slapdash but the others were excellent! Good food, nice seating position - we’ll be back!
Terrible brunch experience. I’ve been here about three or four times, always thought it was fine but yesterday the service was appalling, the food was totally substandard and another customer at an adjacent table had a baby that didn’t stop crying for over an hour which maybe not be the restaurants fault directly but everything else certainly was. I shan’t be returning.
Perhaps our favorite all around restaurant in London -- always a pleasure, always top quality in all respects.
Nice place, good food, wife loved it, me happy. Recommended
The food was ok, but l wasn't blown away. The service was very good.
Good food and reasonably priced.
Very nice but a little noisy for a business breakfast
Lovely ambience and consistently good food. We particularly enjoy going for breakfast
Lovely food, great service. Gorgeous interior and friendly services
Great Service. Excellent Food. Wonderful ambience.
Great food but the service is so slow and quite bad I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
Great food, excellent service, buzzy atmosphere. Recommended.
I had booked a table for five friends two of whom are deaf. I requested a round table which was perfect. The ambiance was lovely as were the staff. We met at 4.30 after which we all had different plans. We were able to have different meals to fit our day, from cream tea to supper to drink. I often go to the Wigmore Hall which is very close, so will definitely come to the Ivy again. Unfortunately the toilet is down steep stairs with a rail only on one side which I could not manage, but they have an arrangement with a nearby cafe, though unfortunately that was out of order too!
Good food, nice atmosphere and still quite busy for a late lunch. Service was excellent- would definitely go again. You do need to book.
Restaurant was too hot too crowded and too noisy! Staff was nice but not impressed.
The Ivy Cafe has a special ambiance that helps guests to relax.
We arrived for a late lunch (2.30pm) and while the service was good to start with, we got caught in the change over of restaurant staff and the service deteriorated noticeably as did the delay in food service.
Our food was OK, not as good as it used to be in my opinion.
The staff both at Reception and waiting staff are amazing: polite, courteous and attentive. The food was good and atmosphere lovely.
Lovely Sunday Brunch Spot!
A birthday celebration for my wife and kids at this branch of the Ivy Group and it didn't disappoint! The food was tasty, the staff very friendly and there was a nice ambience, albeit a little noisy at times. Would gladly recommend you to go - and parking nearby was not a problem!!
Great , relaxed and bustling atmosphere with something for everyone, ideal catch-up venue
Lovely staff, warm greeting, but ordered a beef sandwich which they specifically asked how I'd like cooked so I requested pink meat. The beef was like old leather so I complained, they apologised profusely and said they'd bring a replacement. Waited another ten mins then they brought out another sandwich containing very well done meat - and this time they'd forgotten to even spread the 'horseradish cream' (which just tasted of mayo anyway) on the bread. Again, the manager was very apologetic, but there's really no excuse for it to happen twice. He refunded my entire meal and drink which was appreciated, and my friends enjoyed their food, but I certainly wouldn't return to a place that can't even get a sandwich right.
Lovely food and amazing service! Will be back 👍🏼
Love this place. Food is delicious, host awesome and service is excellent.
Never disappointed when you go here!!
But its a secret, don't tell everyone!
Fabulous service from the greeting we received upon arrival to the attentive waitress. A very personal service that was again reflected when I returned from the restroom and the concierge acknowledged me by my name. Impressive and had an authenticity one doesn’t feel very often; especially in the West End. Great food also!
The service was superb and the food was delicious. The menu had something for everyone and we were spoilt for choice.
Great food and good service. Only negative is it gets very noisy when busy.
