The setting and atmosphere was fantastic. T he steak was good, the shepherd’s pie and fish and chips were amazing.

Whilst the food at the IVY was as good as usual, the service at this location is not the same. Granted it was a busy Friday night but there was too many staff standing around chatting rather than attending to diners. I don’t add that many reviews but when you are spending money on a decent night out you expect a certain level of service, which was not present from the door staff not the waiters. We won’t come back to this location again.

The staff was superb and readily available. The food gives you the perfect mix of traditional British food with the right modern twist. It’s the perfect place to go dressed up or casual. Make sure you try the Shepherds pie!

Excellent experience yesterday. I was seated in the covered garden area and it was lovely. It was quiet and very charming. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful meal and first rate service. A very slick operation and the Bombe topped the meal off superbly. As we say in New Zealand: ngā mihi nui or thank you very much.

The staff were rushing us from order to order and felt like a 30 minute limited time experience? Wasnt relaxed at all and they kept coming over toooo often and interrupting our conversation.

We were four adults, 1 teenager and two young kids and they sat us in the middle of the corridor where everyone is passing by. Food was ok but because it was a busy thursday evening so we had to shout for attention sometimes.

My experience on this specific visit was rather surprised since I had a problem with my throat I asked for hot water a couple of lemon slices instead of the auto bottle of water; however, I was charged £2.50++ @ 13.5%. Service was not par as per usual, noted that was 10.45am. Their staff needs to circulate to Marylebone branch for e.g - busy but discreetly attentive or creme de la creme - Ivy Garden Chelsea for service therefore great atmosphere.
