I ate on the patio during COVID and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Came here to celebrate a special occasion with a friend. Brandon/Brendon was such a great server and gave amazing service. Overall enjoyed the night but wished that there were more heaters as it was on the patio. Will for sure be visiting again

Dinner was subpar compared to what we are used to at The Keg. The steak was over cooked and the sides were a little bit cold. It was still a decent meal but would expect a bit better quality like we have received in the past. Service was still good.

First time at this location and I think i will go there every time from now on. Service was phenomenal! Haven’t had a great experience like this in a long time.

Excellent experience - a birthday. Felt very safe (we are both seniors and very careful during the virus.) We were in a booth opposite the fireplace wonderful ambience. Guests wore masks except when eating.
Staff were very helpful with food choices and the steaks were superior to other restaurants.
We were able to share the experience at a distance with a staff person we were acquainted with who was going off shift but stopped by for a birthday hello (masked and at a distance.)
Only time indoor dining since January.

First time I had gone to dinner with a friend during Covid and the Keg was a perfect choice. They have lots of space with nooks and crannies to make you feel safe.

The food and service was EXCELLENT...as always. Never disappointed.

The Keg is ALWAYS consistent. You know what to expect and they never fail to disappoint. And this is from someone who has eaten in many Keg locations across Canada. Everything is perfectly cooked and service is excellent.

Taking my daughter to university

Usually a great experience here but last night just fair. Service was lacking for the most part. Took forever to get our drinks, and appetizers arrived immediately after...no time to sit and enjoy. Not offered bread; just plunked the dessert menu on the table and walked away, etc. Appetizer of Mushrooms Neptune was awful...just basically a plate of cream cheese as that's all I could taste. Since I was chewing when she came and asked how they were I never got to complain. Overall it was a mediocre dinner.

The food at the Keg was excellent. We started with the shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were huge and the sauce was nice and spicy. I had the teriyaki sirloin and a gin sour. The steak came with mashed cauliflower and cherry tomatoes. Everything was just perfect.

Just a really excellent meal. The Keg is reliably good but this time it just hit every note well, from drinks to a sublimely tender and perfectly cooked steak, to the friendly service.

this is the first (and only) restaurant where I have sat indoors since COVID struck. We only sat inside because I looked like it was going to rain at some point. There were also a number of parties sitting indoors.

I felt very safe. There was no issue with sitting 6 feet away from other diners. Like other parties sitting inside, they sat us in a section pretty much all to ourselves. I felt very safe and comfortable away from other diners.

The food, as usual, was very good.

A perfect summer evening on the patio at The Keg on The Esplanade. Food was gorgeous, cooked just as we ordered. Great wine. Pleasant server. Took great care to ensure social distancing. Couldn't have asked for more.

Food and drink are consistently good and when not right it’s made right, no questions asked. We have been eating at the Kg for years.

Unfortunately I forget our servers name but she was awesome. This was only my second timing dinning out since March and she made the meal out a delightful experience. Food was awesome too!

The patio and service at this location are excellent! Even in covid times, I felt safe and well taken care of by the staff here. Service was amazing, helping us to really enjoy our dinner out! Thank you Keg Esplanade!

March break - with everything cancelled.

We were at first shown to a table which I did not like at all and the to a booth which was much more acceptable. It is a bit of a challenge to be tall at this restaurant unless part of a fairly large group with the standardized size of furniture and spacing of tables.

Another great experience as usual... Our server Jonah was great and the steaks tasted better than I remembered...(I may have been extra hungry) Thank you!

Things were very slow that evening. No feedback for why our meals took so long and no apology. No follow up with how our main meal was tasting as my steak was undercooked.
It was busy, but the lobby wasn't, therefore, I am assuming that it was manageable.
It was for a special birthday. Made the best of it.
