Went here for my birthday with my boyfriend the steak was lovely but the cake I got was very mid and boring. Wish they did more for birthdays I wasn’t impressed. But overall the place was nice I would recommend.

Best Server to date!

My daughters 18th Birthday booked two weeks in advance at 5:00 when it wasn’t busy and they gave us the worst table in the restaurant. It was horrible. Upstairs in the open lounge that is in desperate need of ambience and renovation. We were the only ones there and rob tables were awful. I didn’t want to say anything or make my daughter uncomfortable but it was awful. Ruined the night for me. We spend every birthday in e family at the keg so it was disappointing.

I took my boyfriend for his birthday dinner I am vegetarian so o ordered the cauliflower dish, was extremely dry and lack of flavour.

Very nice waiter and food came fast and was above expectations would highly recommend this location!

The mansion is stunning and tables were distanced well. Felt safe and comfortable. Service was good. I always order medium steak, but it was difficult to cut through and chewy.

The food was spectacular and we were able to enjoy the birthday celebration without any issues!

It was a good time. Good tastes great. Servers were nice. My friend got a cake on the house as the occasion was her bday.

Keg classics are great (twice baked potato is really good as an accompaniment) and their cocktails don't disappoint!

Excellent food and services as usual

Came here for our daughters birthday. As usual appetizers, steak and service were excellent. This Keg Mansion is our favorite location as we find the food/steak always consistently high quality.

This was one of the best Keg experiences I have had, it started with us being early by 30 mins for our reservation and we didn’t expect them to be able to seat us early but they did. The server we had was wonderful, he brought out my favorite dessert on the house for my birthday without us even asking. The food was amazing cooked to perfection! We had calami, baked garlic shrimp as appetizers and I had prime rib dinner (best prime rib I have had) and my husband had roast chicken dinner. Drinks were great as well! The building is super cool. Highly recommend this location.

Birthday dinner

My husband and I went to the Keg Mansion to celebrate our wedding anniversary (on September 5th) and we had a great experience. I made our dinner reservation in advance and Dylan called me the day of to reconfirm and also gave me the option to move the time if needed due to an issue with the booking tool. Dylan was very friendly and pleasant to talk when reconfirming my request.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted at the door promptly and taken to our table. Chloe was our server for the night and she was so nice. She was very friendly and attentive. Chloe provided recommendations and attended to our needs. She also had a great sense of humour. The food was really good too. But my steak was not cooked to my liking. However, Chloe was very nice to take it back to have it redone. Her manager Allen brought my meal back to the table personally and apologized for the inconvenience. This added a special touch. Both Chloe and Allen made sure that my husband and I enjoyed the remainder of our evening. Thank you!

It's the keg, you can never go wrong with the keg. Don't even have to look at the menu. Service was great, Kyle was a good laugh. And Billy miner to top it off!

This was our first time dining out in Toronto since the Covid shutdown and we wanted to go to one of our favourite places. The atmosphere and ambiance of KEG Mansion are what makes this place and both were just dead due to COVID restrictions. People are seated so far apart unfortunately and there are no vibes. The waiter was the highlight of the night. He was amazing all-around. A+ service. Very disappointed with KEG’s choice to replace red peppers and green beans with some kind of tomato with cheese. Not good. Overall had a great time celebrating a birthday but will hesitate to dine out again under Covid restrictions. Again the waiter (forgot his name) was amazing.

The food and services are excellent as always.

Amazing experience will definitely be back again

As always, The Keg had wonderful beef. My dining companion and I had steaks. Mine was a wonderful petite filet. Perfectly cooked and tender. Our servers were very attentive and anticipated any water refills, etc.

So nice to eat inside and have good food well prepared and served.

Really liked the COVID seating - far less congested. Our server Brandon (?) made the evening very special.

First time dining out (indoors) since March. Enjoyed my experience at The Keg Mansion. Was celebrating a birthday and was surprised with a slice of cake!

Thanks to Jonah for the wonderful experience, safety guidelines were well met which was a relief during the arduous times. Thanks to everyone working in the kitchen for a wonderful meal and unforgettable evening.

This is my second visits to this location
My first visit was a disaster , I am a loyal customer of the keg , I tried many of the locations , the only one I will always patronize is the Leslie location
If I wasn’t already committed with our guests
I would never step a foot in this place
The calamari dish was cold , immediately I complained ,they brought the same dish after microwaving it which made awfully disgusting
My steak was warm
It’s a disaster

The food was awful. But the manager made it right and took it off our bill and offered another meal. We decline. By then we had lost that Keg loving feeling.

In perfect compliance with social distancing, the dinning tables are spread far apart.
Everything was wiped down including our chairs prior to our arrival.
The salt/pepper shakers were also placed on our table after we placed our order.
Food was excellent. Will definitely return for another dinner.

Excellent meals and service as usual

It was our first time back at The Keg Mansion after they were permitted to reopened under Stage 3 during the pandemic. While it was not the usual atmosphere (if you’re early for your reservation you wait outside; inside significant reduction to the number of tables in the restaurant, lots of room between tables, no place settings/ glasses on the tables) the staff were just as great as before the pandemic. Everyone was friendly, courteous, welcoming. The food was great - and even though the capped the reservation to one hour and 45 minutes (for two people), we didn’t feel rushed. We felt comfortable with the precautions being taken and the excellent food that we’ll be back again next month.

The first serve was very rude and flirting with my husband ! Very unprofessional

Service and food was incredible. They were able to accommodate us really well despite pandemic limitations. Really appreciated our server Kyle who really made us feel at home too!

Always great service and food. I didn’t like the first table we were sitting at and they kindly placed us in a better area. Very accommodating! The mansion was so cool. No ghost sightings.

Great set up in the COVID Era! I felt very safe and comfortable during my entire dining experience and food was excellent as always !

It is the frist time came here for dinner. The service is outstanding, the measurement towards COVID-19 is great. Will be here next time.

KEG Mansion on Monday is great ! Quiet, half empty ie. service is very fast. Food is good as always !

Sirloin was really dry, too dense and completely flavourless. Tasted like cardboard. The filet was fine. Fried calamari appetizer was also pretty flavourless. Does anything else matter if 2/3 of the food was bad?
