The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Yonge & Eglinton

You can’t go wrong with The Keg! Great atmosphere, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. Reservation was made a week in advance so there was no waiting. Food was delicious. I definitely recommend the Brie appetizer and the Baseball steak! To die for.

My experience at the Keg was amazing. We had great service and great food. You should try the cheese cake or cream brule.

We love the Keg and always order the Classic with striploin Chicago style medium rare with the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing but last night it was even better than usual! We were at Yonge Eg location and had a small booth- love it cuz Quiet - can have a real conversation. Thanks Mark for taking excellent care of us. Best steak ever

The service and meal were lovely. However, there was an issue with our gift card and we were left waiting for 10-15 mins with no explanation. Unfortunately this tarnished what would have otherwise been a fantastic experience.

Great dinung spot for elderly mother with walker and all! Elevator access and table on same level gives my mom a level of enjoyment rarely possible at 88 years old.

Excellent service and amazing food ! Keg always a favourite. This location I’d very nice. Ask for a cozy table. We will be back. Awesome lobster and prime rib 10/10.

Our server was great and the meal was delicious.
The dining experience was definitely above average.
The initial greeting at the host desk was very underwhelming- we had to wait 10 minutes for our table although we had a reservation and the restaurant was half empty. We asked to be seated in the front section of the dining room - the host after 10 minutes was taking us to the back and we had to ask again. Was happy with dinner- then disappointed as Open Table sent me a message that we were no shows at The Keg. So I called the restaurant to ask them to correct this. The host at the desk said she would let the manager know about the Open Table issue and the poor service upon arrival. I’m a huge fan of The Keg, have been so many time’s and never had 1 complaint.
I doubt this host will try to rectify the issues or at least tell the manager. Hopefully he/ she sees this and can make a change

It was my grandsons 16 th birthday. The service was better than outstanding. The waiter I believe his name was Marcus should be commended for incredible attention and service.

The KEG "always" delivers. The Yonge & Eglinton is always fun to be at.

Good waitstaff (Chris) good food. Just a bit noisy in our area. Generally good experience.

Consistently good service and great food. Our go-to items not found elsewhere are the fabulous teriyaki sirloin steak and the delicious sauce with the escargots in mushroom caps. The wine prices are the best in town (approx. double the LCBO prices rather than triple which is the usual Toronto norm). Many seatings areas where it is never too loud to carry on conversations.

This is a great spot for business lunch meetings. The staff are attentive, courteous and friendly. The do however need to be updated about not handling any customer debit or credit cards. This has been the made clear over the past 5-7 years that a customer should not release control of the physical card if at all possible to combat fraud, ghosting & skimming. They need to get their wait staff updated and trained.

Make a very nice prime rib. And love their wedge salad with blue cheese dressing. Escargot are also delicious

Everything was great. Staff took care of my daughters but allergy as usual. Her favourite restaurant. Thank you to the staff at the Keg.

We are often guests at The Keg, and Yonge and Eglinton one is our preferred location. We keep going back because the food is dependable and consistently of fair quality. However, service is hit or miss. Sometimes we get exceptional service, while other times it's been close to a disaster. Last time we visited was one of the latter with a 45 minute wait after appetizers for a rare steak and the server essentially ignoring us until it came time to settle the bill and she chatted about her young son for what seemed, to be brutally honest, the sympathy angle. Truthfully, we haven't been back since and will probably visit the York Mills and Leslie location instead.

I am a frequent visitor to The Keg. The menu has lots to choose from so everyone was happy.
The martinis are great.
I had the halibut which I have ordered before but this time I found it very salty.
It may have been me since I was on antibiotics that night.
I will try it again the next time before I judge.

The Keg at Yonge & Eglinton is a very well designed, large, and welcoming place. I've been there for lunch many times over the years. The staff are friendly and like to chat you up. The food is good and the menu has all the usual Keg options on it. I went there this time for a client lunch and everything went well except that our server ignored us for 45 minutes which I wasn't expecting. Eventually the food order was taken and served to us in a reasonable period of time. I'll go back but this time I'll make sure the server takes our order up front.

We have had family dinners at this location several times since moving into the area. The food and service never disappoints. Especially good service this last time.

The prep guy on apps that night was a little happy with seasoning . Escargots were pretty brutal . Steak and lobster were the usual 8out 10 .

Waitress was not attentive. Every request was ignored.

My first time at this location. Food and service were excellent! My 2 companions thoroughly enjoyed the meal and proposed us meeting there more often. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complementary Keg Signature Dessert as we were celebrating the birthday of one of my companions that evening. A 5-star experience!

Always a great experience at this Keg location. Servers are always pleasant and efficient.
