The Ledbury is located the heart of Notting Hill.

Since opening in 2005, it has become one of London's more established restaurants, gaining 3 Michelin stars in 2024.

The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham.

After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium.

The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.

The dessert was quite delicious to me, though my wife found it awful. Unfortunately, none of the other courses were enjoyable; they either tasted bad, were overly salted, or had too much sauce. Food quality like salami, caviar is also not good. Interior was very cheap, nothing interesting at all.

Wow. This was easily the best restaurant of my entire life. The food, the service, the wine... 10 out of 10 stars. I wish I could eat here monthly. I would find a way to justify it.

My friend and I dined to celebrate his graduation. Always been an elevated dining experience here. I’ve been to a lot of special restaurants all over the world, but the Ledbury is a singularly special place— the refined cuisine, the members of staff, the buzz of fellow diners, the interiors all contributed to our beautiful experience here. There is a special kind of buzz in here that makes you readily feel at ease like you’re at home… or in a familiar neighbourhood bistro… you’re not made to feel hurried… a very special place for a celebration where one of a kind cuisine that’s sophisticated, but never arrogant and never loud is executed at the highest level. The members of [wait] staff are very professional without appearing unfriendly… attentive without being intrusive… in fact, to me they are the nicest and most genuinely happy wait staff I’ve met in recent years. Everybody here seems to love what they do and are proud of being part of this Notting Hill institution because it shows not only in the food, but also in the overall dining experience.

Service, interior design, wine, and quality of produce were superb. The food plating was, as expected, very aesthetically pleasing. However, I found the taste to be a miss tonight. Perhaps it was just an 'off' night or this season's menu, but the flavours didn't feel like it matched the produce (eg. very mild, tender langoustine with strong chicken broth and mushrooms). The main dishes also came off too salty tonight. This was surprising, as we have heard many positive reviews from our friends and family, and of course, online. I am interested to try again by myself for lunch next season and see where winter takes us. Hopefully it will impress!

Our Ledbury experience was exceptional. From the time you enter the restaurant to the time we departed, the service was faultless, professional and friendly. The food was extraordinary. The ambience was welcoming. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend the Ledbury.
