We had reservations on NYE and we ended up having a really great time. The service was exceptional, the food good and plentiful. They took our picture, gave us champagne glasses that were not plastic, beads, masks and bubbles. It was a really nice experience

Great New Years night, the food was excellent and the restaurant was great not super noisy.

We love melting pot and will eat here again. Food and service were excellent as always. Manager personally checked on us. Ambiance was a little lacking compared to some of the other melting pots, but not so much that it really matters. It is pricey to do the whole four course dinner, but worth it to us for special occasions.

Such a fun experience!! Everything was very good. I would have been content with just the cheese and then the chocolate though. I am not a huge meat person, but everyone else loved it. Our bill for 3 people was about $200. I’m not sure I would pay that again, but for a one time experience it was worth it. All staff we talked to was very friendly. We saw them wiping down each table with alcohol after they left. We were also able to get reservations with super short notice.

So, was my husband’s birthday and it was a last minute dinner. We’ve been to a Melting Pot in South Carolina but our first time at this particular location. Great place at one. Was greeted as we came in. Although we arrived late we were still able to use it reservation. I am absolutely appalled by the service we received. Atmosphere is outstanding. I will return and highly recommend. Happy birthday Gary love your wife. Thanks Staff.

It was supposed to be a very special dinner for my daughter's 10th birthday however, the meal went so slowly. It took us 3.5 hours to eat. Our server, although incredibly sweet, was too overwhelmed. He kept forgetting things- I had to ask for Garlic and Wine Seasoning 4 times. A manager went to the other tables around us but never came to ours. It is incredibly disappointing to spend so much money to not have a fabulous experience.

When you find something you like, stick with it. I get the same thing every time, but this trip was especially delicious. The server was amazing. A wonderful evening dining with my niece. Thank you.

Good food, but dirty. Got plates that weren't clean completely and bathrooms were dirty. Server was nice, but have had a better experience at the Melting Pot at other locations

I took my significant other for the first time and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Great experience doing fondue and cooking the meal at the table

The experience was everything my daughter wanted. We had never been to the Melting Pot before so we were a little confused and clumsy with the cooking instructions. It's somewhat different than cooking on a stove at home but our waitress was very patient and an excellent instructor! The seating ambiance makes you feel cozy and you don't notice the other people around you so that was very mice. The portions were more than enough per person. Overall it was a nice evening for my daughter's birthday. We enjoyed ourselves and our meal very much!

Was there on the 22 or October for my wife’s birthday. Everything we ate and drank was top notch. We were out in a booth with rose pedals that felt awesome. The service was on point

Took my family to dinner on 10/17/20. The food and atmosphere was good, however the waitress could have been much more attentive and knowledgeable about the menus.

They went over and beyond for our one year marriage anniversary. Even with COVID going on they made it so special . We have been so stressed and needed a night out . Thanks for everything melting pot and whoever our server was perfect .

The food was awful. The dippers were not explained to us. The wait was long.

Amazing very yummy

Noise level was mostly attributed to our immediate neighbor. She was pretty loud and we heard much of their conversation until they left.
Food was prepped excellent. I marked Food down because we were told there was no more shrimp...
The manager did not come out to offer a substitution. Miraculously, shrimp was brought out 10 - 15 minutes into our meal, including our Family friend who ordered the dish.

Our server, John, was excellent & very personable.

I had my first date with partner here. We had Rye. He is such a gem. The drinks the bartender made we wonderful she is so nice. We had a delight. Thank you for all of your hard work

The waitress seemed a bit inexperienced — didn’t know the difference between “draft” and “bottled” beer, forgot to bring glasses for bottled beer, and would disappear for 20 minutes at a time, even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Food wasn’t bad, but I certainly expected something different/tastier/more special. “Ok” place, but I wouldn’t go back.

It was amazing. The lighting and seating made for a really romantic evening. The food was delicious. The staff members were all polite, warm, and welcoming. Everything went great. I will be coming back and recommending others to visit as well.

Would visit again! Just park behind establishment instead of looking for street parking. Easy pickings.

We ate out for the first time since March, which was great to get out again. Melting Pot is typically our family favorite, but a couple of opportunities with this experience. Food was excellent, but for some reason the water was almost undrinkable (horrible taste). The service was quick, but almost too quick as we did order the 4 course meal, but felt pressured to make a decision for every course even though plenty of table were open. We just had our daughter pick the cheese and then the chocolate because of the pressure. Lastly, expect a bill over $350 for a family of four with 4 course meal and 2 glasses of wine, value seems a little off based on the rushed experience.

Amazing, the server Dez was absolutely outstanding

The melting pot has done well to handle safe indoor dining. Our server was very good, but the bar screwed up a drink order and then didn't give him the right alcohol to light the chocolate, which resulted in a bit of a delay as it was replaced. Kitchen was also out of salmon and neglected to mention it to the server and just left it off our entree. Server was kind enough to replace it with ahi tuna, which was a very good substitution.

Outstanding experience as always! Melting Pot never disappoints. My Husband & I enjoyed the ‘Bigger Night Out’ and ‘Classic’ wine flights. Everything was delicious & our Server, Julianna, was wonderful. We frequently dine here and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend for a date night out where you can take your time and enjoy each other’s company!

Our first visit back to MP, and it couldn't have been better. Our server, Zac, was excellent - friendly, attentive, anticipated our every need. The safety precautions taken were top-notch! We had a super fun and delicious meal!
