The service was good and attentive but the food completely failed to impress. The tonic water in the G&T was flat. The restaurant was empty and there was little atmosphere.

Had a lovely meal to celebrate a friend's birthday at The Pearson Room - really lovely setting with beautiful views and a brilliant service to match. The food was great, but the star was the cocktails (it was a celebration afterall!)

Fantastic supper. I had a lovely Monkfish Risotto, full of flavour and my husband had the Ribeye steak and of course I stole some of his triple cooked chips! We shared an ice cream Sunday and we each tried some really fun cocktails. Great service, lovely ambience. We will return!

Really nice restaurant / bar with great views and super attentive service. Food is very average sadly and way overpriced for what you get. I won’t be rushing back for food but would go back for drinks only.

We were sat near the bar on the raised area, where our server forgot about us most of the time. So it took us a while to order drinks and then only half the order turned up and then the wrong order. Very disappointing as it was a client meeting and this has never happened before, as the service is usually fantastic as I eat a lot here.

Always fast and efficient service. Had the Cobb salad which was very good and good size. Colleague had jerk chicken and avocado sandwich- also good. Great place when you have limited time for a sit down lunch.

Overpriced. The food was ok although the coffee it’s great! The service was so slow...the place is beautifully decorated, big spaces. We were in a large table where Eve was comfortable, if only the food were better!

I have eaten at The Pearson Rooms before but only breakfast and lunch. This time it was dinner with two friends. The menu is good for both food and wine & drinks. The staff were really great and were very friendly. The restaurant was very busy with private business parties which meant it was extremely noisy. This actually made the whole experience very unpleasant. Check before you book. Otherwise this is a really great place.

Really like the Pearson room, great, fresh healthy dishes and good gf options Wine list is a bit lacking and overpriced (for wines by the glass) And it's remarkably noisy..had a sore throat as I needed to shout over the entire "romantic" dinner for 2!
