Lovely food and friendly staff. With Covid we had to eat outside and it was a VERY windy day and a bit chilly. There were heaters though and umbrellas which helped.
It was great to get out for a meal again. Looking forward to returning to The Potters Arms again soon.
Great food for Sunday lunch after a 5 mile walk washed down with some local beer from the Rebellion brewery. Very attentive and efficient (but not intrusive) service and a good set up with some covered seating but we sat out in the sun. All very welcoming and relaxed.
Lovely food and great service. Nice outside area.
Really great tasting pizzas, with a lovely view over the green make this an ideal location for dog walkers. Unfortunately service the last couple of times has been very slow and deterred us from ordering dessert/ more drinks. Overall a nice place to go though if you’re not in a rush.
lovely food and terrace is a great space when the weather permits!
Will be returning.
The staff went above & beyond in difficult circumstances - outdoor eating in the rain! A marquee was quickly erected and tables, flowers and decorations all lit together in 10 mins to make for a comfortable & enjoyable lunch. Well done to the team - amazing effort!
Have not been for some time. Food was great, nice atmosphere good service and great to see the Landlord, Richard, again.
Outside in the marquee, was busier than we expected given the weather was chilly.
I can see why it was busy! The food and service was great and the variety between the pizza, a la carts and Thai menus offers something for everyone.. thoroughly recommend the cheesecake options for pud too.
Always fantastic! Great for adults and kids
My first time at The Potters Arms and I couldn't be more impressed. For a Friday evening, all tables were full but the service was outstanding. We were offered drinks and food promptly, the staff were lovely and very attentive, the menu was extensive, the food was lovely and the portion sizes were huge. The seating area is large with heaters and wind breaks on some tables, which we were fortunate enough to get, meaning despite the cold wind, we were all very comfortable. Our party loved the evening so much, we've already booked our next 2 visits.
Great service and food with a happy and professional staff
Lovely if not chilly meal (weather not food temperature) staff super friendly. Good varied menu in a lovely village setting.
Lovely, welcoming pub with an excellent outdoor space. I eat there regularly and it’s always a high standard with friendly and helpful staff.
Very smart outdoor dining area. Staff were pleasant and food was good.
Friendly staff - service a little slow, but, it was a very busy Sunday afternoon. Food quality was good, definitely visit again.
Very pleasant meal
Great to see the Potters Arms open again. Great food, excellent service!
Amazing atmosphere, great staff & fab value for money. I will definitely return.
Great food, service and setting, so glad they are back and can't wait to visit again.
Wonderful outdoor terrace , lots of space for everyone . Great food with a nice range of options , quick service too
Amazing food and a very organised system for covid.
I had a lovely meal with friends and we sat outside under the heaters and all enjoyed our food
This is a pub with a beautiful terrace and great choice of wines and vegetarian food
Pizzas were excellent!
Enormous portions. Nice terrace. Very pleasant - would return.
As it was the first Saturday after lockdown, we were really impressed with how the team had adapted to the new measures and been creative with creating outdoor space. They were really busy but were super positive and did a great job!
Beautiful food with a delicious menu which made it hard to choose ! Fantastic service with helpful , polite staff . Excellent afternoon . Thank you
Fantastic as always! Brilliantly set up by Rich and his team!
We enjoyed a lovely lunch and a couple of beers at The Potters Arms. The service was excellent and the food (from the Thai menu) was amazing! We'll be back to visit again soon.
Lovely staff and lovely venue. Quick service too!
Great for outdoor dining. Heat lamps worked well. Food was delicious.
Good and very varied menus. Waitress was lovely.
Weather was kind to us too.
First day of opening after lockdown and Richard and team did an amazing job. Food was delicious (love the pork belly bites) and delivered quickly. Great service. Well done!
Great pub lunch
Lovely to get out and hear and see other people. Very relaxed and enjoyable. Good tables, heaters and atmosphere. Good food but quite pricey.
Food was average in quality but huge portions. Menu choice is very heavy and full on. Nothing healthy is on the menu for dinner such as salads. We had the brownie for dessert which had clearly been microwaved. It came out warm on one side and hot on the other.
Great food, great drinks, lovely staff
The food and service were very good as always.
However, there was no heating and so it was very cold.
Good choice of food which was well cooked. We felt it was completely Covid-19 safe.
Good pub meal...burger was a good choice and the calimari was delicious. All of our table had a nice meal, so very consistent.
Food was great and plenty of it! Service was a little slow to start but improved. Think this was probably due to current restrictions given the pandemic.
