My third time having Sunday lunch here and yet another fantastic meal. I would probably go as far as saying it’s the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable, welcoming and attentive. The meat was exquisite but it was the vegetable accompaniments that I almost enjoyed more (as with previous visits)! Great wine selection too.
A lovely Sunday lunch, delightful food and staff. The lamb is out of this world!!
It really is one of the best Sunday lunches in London. Very good value for money, and an amazing low key neighborhood vibe
Brilliant staff, amazing wine & even better food!!!
Wonderful good, attentive service and great value.
Having walked past the historic Quality chop House many times, my wife and I booked in for Saturday lunch. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend the overall experience to anyone.
Dinner next. I am confident it will not disappoint.
Always amazing. Great food with brilliant service.
Great Sunday roast..highly recommend visiting this pub for a wonderful meal and service.
Wonderful. Low key high end dining - just what I love. Sommelier was a highlight - not remotely snobby about wine but one of my dining companions was a qualified expert and the sommelier handled him wonderfully (and recommended really wonderful wines).
Definitely a new favourite of mine.
We very much enjoyed our lunch. The staff made us feel welcome and it was a friendly and relaxed venue, even with a baby and a small child. The food was delicious and well priced.
Great food, combination of traditional chop house, with a hint of Gastro! Worth a visit
always excellent food and service, especially like what they do with veggies
As an aspiring vegan I was skeptical when a friend recommended choppers. But after dinner, I already booked again a few short days later for family passing through town. Everything was incredible - the authentic atmosphere of an immaculately preserved deli with original wooden booths, the wine list which wasn’t overwhelming or pretentious but had great unique wines, brilliant staff, and a bang tidy meal. This is hands down the best restaurant in Exmouth Market/Farringdon area.
Food was gorgeous and the staff are amazing . I simply love this little place
Lovely food - great quality and perfectly executed - complimented by great wine
Great home and amazing wine, would absolutely recommend this for a Saturday lunch at great value
We really enjoyed our experience at Quality Chop house, amazing food and excellent service!
We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. The staff were very attentive but not over powering, we were at the restaurant on a Sunday so had the 3 courses for 35 which is unbelievable value for the quality of food you receive, everything was cooked too perfection and would highly recommend paying extra for the confit potato’s as they were so good. Such a lovely environment to spend our Easter Sunday.
We particularly enjoy the historic atmosphere as well as the quality of the food from a perfectly adequate limited menu. The staff excellent. Worth travelling there from Hertfordshire. Seats in the adjacent bar area more comfortable than the wooden benches in the main restaurant, maybe cushions could be available.
Went for Sunday Roast - shared the lamb shoulder for two. It was epic!
Fantastic food with wonderful service. Chops were outstanding as were the confit potatoes. Had to be rolled home after although possibly due to quantity of delicious wine drunk
I normally really enjoy it here however I think we arrived too late for a decent roast. The potatoes were soft and burnt and the gravy lacking. This would not stop me coming back however. It's still one of my faves but maybe better for a weekday / standard dinner experience
The food, wine and service is unbelievable! Slightly on the pricy side, but I guess you get what you pay for in this case!
The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is great. We felt well looked after by the staff. I don't think you can go wrong here.
Always enjoy the food here, great quality, presentation and service !
Also a relaxed atmosphere- you can go in your jeans and trainers if you want.
This is a very welcoming restaurant with quality food the confit potato chip are amazing
Very good and interesting food and nice wines
Sunday lunch for my birthday - lovely ambience. Good roast and wine. Only negative - the pew seats are a bit uncomfortable.
Went for Sunday Roast which was amazing. Great atmosphere and servers were friendly!
Service was rather impersonal and servers were nonchalant, but the food more than made up for it.
Really interesting and beautifully cooked food, great service and great value lunch menu. My wife wasn’t keen on the terrine but I loved it.
Only tiny gripe was the comfort (or lack of) of the pew seating, but I appreciate it’s a listed building so they’re pretty restricted on what they can do.
Definitely worth a visit!
Cibo e servizio sempre eccezionale. Locale bellissimo un po’ rumoroso. Qualità alta con prezzi alti.
Was the perfect location for an intimate birthday celebration. I am sure it would be equally Grt for a group of 4 in a booth too. Food outstanding!
So many perfect, inspirational touches in this utterly delightful place and always the best service. We couldn't be luckier to have The Quality Chop House in our lives.
Had a fantastic lunch off the set menu. The snacks were delicious and a little more playful, whereas the core of the menu is just simple food done very, very well. Service was superb - friendly, well-pitched. Little touches like offering decanting of BYOB wine without asking, and offering a replacement potato after my first one bounced off the table straight away (they are very crunchy) all make a difference too.
Very smooth service. Lunch 2 course set menu + sides was perfect. Everyone else dining in the restaurant seemed very happy with the food.
Made a note that it was my wife’s birthday and they gave her a card, which was signed by all the staff working that day - very classy.
Already recommended to friends and plan to return as soon as possible.
Beautiful tasting food and great service. I’ll definitely go back.
Delicious. Best pork ever. Mince also good. Beautiful room. Service a little spotty but the restaurant was full and the two wait staff were very busy.
Fantastic lunch on Saturday. 3 course lunch menu is exceptional value at £26 - and with a cheeky Beef Mince on Dripping Toast on the side and a couple of bottles of Italian red - the inaugural ‘Saturday Club’ is off to a flyer! Service - brilliant!
A superb atmospheric restaurant with imaginative takes on British favotlrites
It is always a pleasure to come to your welcoming delightful and gastronomical treat.
This time I came with a very old school friend from Australia and you are rec ommended in OZ. So you are obviously doing a good job.
Thank you for enjoyable times.
