Food amazing and service amazing! Third visit on the back of a recommendation by a professional property agent dealing in the restaurant industry. Never fails to disappoint!
Staff were very nice and helpful. Food came out cold for 2 out of 4 people. The restaurant was super cold and never really warmed up. Food was pretty good but nothing extraordinary.
Booked a table for myself and a friend for breakfast after having had a very good experience here a couple of years ago. However the food was absolutely appalling, looked and tasted like something from a cheap roadside cafe. It was as if the chef couldn’t be bothered to cook what was probably the last breakfast of the day before moving on to lunch menu. It was embarrassingly bad. Service was incredibly slow. Will not be returning and will not be recommending.
Cheeseburger patty and its fiddly presentation on a small plate - too small once the chips arrive - leave room for improvement.
Lovely food and good atmosphere. Really enjoyed the coconut chicken bowl
Lovely venue, good food, dreadfully slow service. Took 15 mins to get the bill after chasing. Missed my train and had to purchase another ticket. Made it a c expensive outing
I had fond memories of the cafe but it has really taken its eye off the ball. A good proportion of the food we ordered didn't arrive and drinks came out in odd order. My kedegree was over cooked and the poached egg on top was actually hard. The sofa I sat on was stained. Slightly chaotic overall. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge.
Delicious food & really nice staff! Very accommodating to food allergies as well.
Very nice food , atmosphere, location..and very nicy service from the workers
Excellent ambience, lovely food and service. Can recommend full English and Eggs benedict , both superb.
As good as I remember it. Great place to take clients.
Great breakfast with a good choice in a very busy central London cafe
Delicious food pleasant location and nice staff - only criticism is the waiters were not attentive so it took a while to order and even longer for them to notice our wine needed topping up so sadly we had virtually finished eating before they noticed.
My breakfast was cold and badly presented. I ordered a side of salmon which was really small and for what I paid, I really think the breakfast could have been better. I didnt complain because I was with clients that I had brought here but I was very disappointed at this breakfast
Tasty breakfast and reasonably quick service. Hot drinks a little cold.
Best pancakes I’ve had in London!
Lacklustre restaurant, half hearted service, the server only brightened up when they realised I was leaving a cash tip. Scrambled eggs and toast was tepid. Average breakfast you can get at any half decent greasy spoon. I wouldn't recommend this place, I won't be going there again. However, we had a nice table and the atmosphere is nice enough. The kitchen needs to seriously up their game.
It's ok - wouldn't put it any stronger than that. quite buzzy, but food nothing to write home about. and 75-minute booking slot strictly enforced - in my view, not really enough time to enjoy company
Heard so much about Riding House Cafe ... and it didn’t disappoint!! Amazing from start to finish... make sure you check out the toilets 😂
Always a good choice. This time the food was nice but perhaps underwhelming, but the service made up for it.
A good buzz about this place. Clever refurb of an uninspiring rectangular space into partitioned areas works very well, but it is noisy. Brunch menu had all the usuals and our choices of shakshouka and eggs benedict were well flavoured, cooked and presented.
Food is delicious, portions are dainty and the price is not. Excellent service though.
Nice breakfast menu, we had French toast, full English & eggs Benedict. All well prepared. Very friendly staff.
Portions are a bit small but the food and the place are amazing. Good wine too.
Service was a little slow but we didn't mind because it was a girly brunch with many things to catch up on. Reasonable portion sizes. Luke warm tea was the only downside. Second time there and will go again.
Very nice evening. Great atmosphere, great team, great food.
I love the breakfast here but learned yesterday that it’s only at weekends that it can be enjoyed all day. Also prefer the bar area to the more grown up look to the left of the restaurant. Noise level was quite high this time and little privacy as tables quite close to each other in that part of the restaurant
I will stick to weekends and the breakfast going forward
Really nice atmosphere and helpful staff.
It was a really nice location and really really nice staff. Thank you
Rude staff! Two waitresses at busy lunch time. The restaurant was all packed and took half an hour to get hold of someone to get the bill. Wanted to leave before even paying! Poor service, I asked if I could have pancakes packed for a homeless man who was outside. “We don’t do take away” I got told. I didn’t touch the pancakes and felt bad to waste, they want to throw in the bin but not let anyone else take it to give to a hungry poor person! Very impressive!
Very loud and food wasn’t up to standard. I had eggs Benedictus and the muffins were rock hard and the ham was like rubber
Lovely place for catch up with friends. Great service. Portion is a bit small for what you pay.
Lovely evening with very tasty food and great service. It was a busy night but we were very well looked after and not rushed at all. The mac & cheese and katsu short-rib were particular highlights!
Great evening. Service friendly and efficient. Food was good with good selection.
Great venue & food that was let down by poor service. Wasn’t overly busy and we had to ask to order 4 times.
Really enjoyed the service and the shakshuka was incredible! They even put a candle on my friends pancakes for her birthday which was lovely. I always keep coming back here!
Good food, nice interior. However, extremely loud, we could barely have a conversation. Also, juices (and drinks overall) were somewhat overpriced.
Nice food and beautiful setting - great for business breakfast
Great food - rude waitress
We booked a table through OpenTable and after 1hr15mins were told by a waiter that we had to leave because someone else had a reservation at that time. We hadn't even been told we only had 1hr15 mins to enjoy our meals and the waiter's didn't even ask if we wanted more food or drinks once we had finish our main meal. Absolutely shameful and I will not be going back.
