Loved the place, the service and the food!
Lovely brunch with friends after a night out in London - hit the spot perfectly
Very nice atmosphere, food was great and the staff were lovely. Thank you
Good food and cocktail to die for.
Try the masako martini cocktail : DE-VINE
The waitstaff and chef excellent. Food was wonderful. Great gin martini. Will go back again
Great ambience and flavourful food
Really average food. Service good. Ambience is pleasant. Overpriced, even by central London standards. Won’t be back.
During the coronavirus times servers and hostess should wear a face mask; without customers having to ask, for their safety and for all the customers safety.
Besides that everything was great!
I’ve been before and I’ll go again. Love the Riding House Cafe. Delicious food at a good price, in a great setting, served with a smile.
In this current climate, I feel like the staff did not take any precautions to protect. It was like the restaurant had the warnings on the menu as a show rather than following anything. Not sure if anything was disinfected before we sat down. Felt uncomfortable and will not go back or recommend to anyone else
Great place to relax with friends over gorgeously tasty food and lovely cocktails! Location is fantastic, within 5 minutes walk to Oxford Circus station.
Absolutely amazing! Service and attention to detail is impecable, food is great quality at a good value. Great design and comfort too!
Riding house is great for Breakfast/Brunch but the other menus are really not that great. Unless it's the mac & cheese! It's a shame they don't run the breakfast all day.
We had a delightful brunch on our recent visit to Riding House Cafe. The unique and charming interior to the restaurant was the perfect backdrop to the delicious food. My favorite was the quinoa porridge, and the pancakes are second to none in London. A must visit place for an enjoyable breakfast in London!
Just two comments:
1. It is a pity that they increased the prize of the pancakes
2. They should get more water jars. It is a bit annoying to have the waiters coming every 5 minutes to fill the glasses
My friend and I had a great trip to Riding House Care. We sat in plush seating far enough from other tables for a quieter chat with a nice ambiance.
The service was excellent throughout (and great coat/bags could be dropped on arrival). Brunch/lunch options were good and the good came in a timely manner, accompanied by delicious coffee. Would recommend a visit!
The restaurant was very accommodating - I requested a comfortable table for my pregnant friend and a slightly longer stay than the usual 1.5 hours and they seated us in a quieter part of the restaurant with comfortable chairs, and let us stay an extra 25 minutes until their next booking. Our waiter was very polite and friendly and service was prompt.
Always a great spot for breakfast and effortlessly stylish !
A reliable choice for drinks and/or dinner in Soho - great bar and interesting menu, classy and comfy at the same time (goes for the food and the atmosphere).
The service and the attention were great.
Food recommendation was followed from the server which stood up to the mark.
Nice bunch of people and we need more like them to add to the dining experience.
nice place for a brunch. definitely try the pancakes!
Really nice brunch! Great service and food was really good.
Just ok. Nothing really exceptional. For us we didn’t feel any wow.
The food is amazing and the service very fast! I am very pleased.
I love this cafe but the food has slipped - the eggs benedict were really dry (the muffin) and just a bit blah
1.5hr time slot for a Sunday brunch is not adequate enough. When we asked the staff if we can sit at the bar for another coffee, they told us that there was a waitlist for the bar. But the bar had more than 4 empty seats (we were just 2) and there was no one waiting...
Never a let down - food is always delicious with wonderful service!
As a dutch person i feel not particulary welcome when the waitress says; this is your table for the next 1,5 hours. The food was expensive and way too salt. But very close to the venue we were going to so that was okay.
I brought my boyfriend as a belated birthday present and to celebrate pancake day. We had lovely service from as soon as we stepped through the door until we left. Our waiter (named Ben, i think) was very kind and attentive! The pancakes are also the best we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back 😍
The food was slightly disappointing, however the service was good. It was lunch time on a Monday and was very noisy, so it was hard to hear what my meeting was saying at times. I had the cauliflower which was bbq'd and came with smoked chimichuri and greens. It had a weird taste, and was not great combination. The fries were good, but they were way over salty. My colleagues both really enjoyed their food.
Always a treat and the staff especially the French manager Levi are a joy. Great food and service.
Yes. We could only have the table for 1 hour and we wanted coffee after which we ran out of time for!
Beautiful place and great brunch/coffee venue! Had a lovely time!
Busy and pretty poor service - everything came in the wrong order - haphazard.
2nd visit. Many more to come for brunch, lunch or dinner
Does some of the best pancakes in London and always a great atmosphere
Don’t have the kedgeree. Mostly rice and you need a magnifying glass to find any fish. Sent back twice but no improvement even after a 15 minute wait.
Decided to have the English breakfast instead. Eggs were tiny ( probably from a pullet and not chicken) and bacon high.Average.
A real disappointment and expensive.
Seems to be a tourist place.
Nice decor and atmosphere, decent service, but food disappointing. Overpriced.
I really liked the place but food was ok and they forgot our orders that we had to claim.
They were overbooked and understaffed. We waited for our table, had slow service, an incorrect drinks order, overcooked food and were told they needed the table back just after we ordered some drinks! Shocking service and expensive given the food average at best.
