The food here was amazing but the service really let the place down. Our server was really unfriendly and then when we were tried to get the manager's attention for the bill she ignored us. We thought she might just have not seen us. But when we tried to get her attention again she hushed us. It was bizarre and the experience of both people being rude really dampened our afternoon.
great evening despite the weather. Fabulous service.
Thanks Madeline! It was certainly a terrible evening weather wise but glad you still enjoyed !
The staff were just beyond fantastic. There was terrific rainstorm, yet the staff’s chirpy manner made us totally forget about the downpour (and slightly wet food / diluted drinks)
Thankyou for noticing the hard work of our brilliant team. Its awful to work in those conditions but Im glad they still had a smile on their faces!! See you soon!
The staff were lovely and the pesto rigatoni was delicious
Thanks Millie! We appreciate the lovely comments!
Very lovely experience, staff were very friendly and chatty. Quick service and food was delicious.
Thanks so much!!!
It was good. No fireworks and 250£+ for 4 people, so slightly on the high end of things .
Really nice place. Breakfast was great. Full English is very overpriced for what you get. But the rest of the food totally worth the money. Drinks are amazing and staff are even better
Thanks Reece for the comments, i will pas on the message to the team! I will also look into the dish to see how we can improve! Hopefully see you soon!
Great wine selection - also the heaters on outside tables are very effective so I'd recommend even if it's a little chilly!
Thanks Chris! hope to see you soon
Ridinghouse Café is always a treat, with an interesting menu, and speedy and charming service. You don't really go for the food, but for the ambience. And well done with the outdoor dining arrangements
Glad you enjoying coming to us!!! Our menu is constantly changing so we appreciate the feedback
We didn’t eat but I had to select a score! Drinks were good and staff friendly
Thank you! Hopefully next time you get to sample some of our delicious food!
Delicious food - great service and nice and warm!
The food is really good. Not sure it’s great value for money but it was good nonetheless. It’s not far from Oxford Street and easy to get to.
Amazing fluffy American pancakes. Can’t wait to go back to have them again!
Absolutely lovely and attentive staff. Great spot for outdoor drinks with the heaters. Highly recommend. Thanks G!
Thanksn so much! I will pass on the thanks to G!
Lovely food and top quality service. Slightly on the expensive side but it is a central London location.
We booked a table outside and was pleasantly surprised with the good service. There's enough space and heaters to stay warm. I will be coming again when restaurants are fully open again.
Never visited before but booked it because it looked nice and had outside space. The menu was really extensive and diverse, the food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter even apologised at the end of our 90 minute reservation because there was another booking, obviously this is in no way his fault or the fault of the restaurant it is just how things are at the moment but I thought that was really sweet. Would definitely go again!
Thanks for the kind words Alexandra! We know the times on the table are a little tight somethimes, so we appreciate your understanding. Hopefuly see you soon
Pancakes were out of this world! Definitely would come again!
Thanks Georgia! See you very soon!!!
Brunch with friends ... chilly, wet and windy day but the outdoor heater kept us warm. Great service and food was delicious!
Thanks so much.....sorry about the lovely British weather!!!
We went for a breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning. The sitting area outside was well covered and heated and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was nice and the quantity was just right.
Lovely food and service and most tables had heaters so made eating outside bc of Covid wok but I was not aware on the time restriction of 2 hours until I got there
Really friendly staff and great to be back c
Lovely food, brilliant heaters and strong menu (definitely get the donuts for desert!) we were sat at a table round the corner and a little out of sight, so service was a little bit slower, but lovely team, so can't fault the service itself.
A nice meal where we were looked after by a pleasant team. The only downside was being given a warning every ten minutes on how much longer we had the table for; it really felt like we were being hurried out.
It was so cold as we were outside due to social distancing, no fault of the restaurant of course but perhaps if they had blankets to hand out that would have really helped.
But our waiter was lovely and seated us under a warmer heater after she saw that we were freezing.
The food was delicious and the service was really nice. They even made me a hot toddy because I was freezing! Was a lovely experience.
Service was great. We had a very powerful heater next to our table so even though it was about 5 degrees outside at least the top half of us wasn't totally baltic! Starters were great, but the mains were pretty average and quite expensive. We were surprised to be charged £15 for a martini (given all the cocktails on there were around £10).
Alessandro was a great waiter and the food was excellent. A regular venue for breakfast and one of the best around.
Lovely and attentive service and cute set up outside - not to mention the food was so yummy!
Our waiter Alessandro was great. He even brought us a candle to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. We were happy with the food as well.
Only thing we were not happy with is that reservations are only for 1.5 hour. 10 minutes to the end of our reservation, we were brought the bill and reminded that the reservation was about to be ending. I think the management should change their strategy in this sense.
If it was possible to have a longer reservation, I would definitely go there again
My husband and I had a very nice experience in RHC for a bank holiday brunch. We showed up ten mins early but were still offered our table, didn’t have to wait. Our drinks and food order was taken promptly and with a smile by Ana and everything was served in good time with food and drinks arriving hot. Very tasty meal, especially the pancakes were outstanding
One of my favourite brunch places in London! Just wish our time slot had been longer!
Food was poor and very overpriced for the quality. Had the full English - sausages and black pudding felt like they had been cooked the day before and reheated, unbelievably dry. Not sure Lincolnshire will be happy with you claiming those are Lincolnshire sausages! Toast was what looked to be a thin slice of the cheapest white bread available. Really quite poor, especially for the price (c.£14).
Service was quite good in the main when serving drinks/food, but had staff members circling the table far too quickly. Cleared plates while one diner was still eating (unacceptable in my opinion), and clearly in a rush to get us out. I understand restaurants need a lot of covers having been closed for months, but service like this is a way to lose business.
Delicious food, charming waiters and lovely atmosphere
Food was really good and service was good! Would defintely go back
Thanks for your lovely review and 5 star rating Priyankaa, we look forward to welcoming you back! Fiona
Service was good. Food was cold. No time to send back as table on limited time.

Really enjoyed our outdoor lunch here. Attentive, friendly staff, great food, fantastic wine, busy vibe!
Great food, good heaters, good selection of wine
Cheers Justin!!! Hopefully see you agaion soon
Very good despite the fact that we were compelled to be outside. Good value
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and a great rating, we hope to see you again soon! Fiona
The Raspberry Soda was delicious. The food was tasty and good portions.
